With the right honest management team, LYIP's are less risky then HYIP's. The key is how you know in front you invested in the right LYIP? If you are unexperienced and you cannot find the right LYIP that does work, its indeed just better to play HYIP's and hope you pick out the right once. Then we can easier answer the question "Why people avoid LYIP?". Because the risk is actually the same, time to return their seed money is 1 year or more and a lot of bad things can happen during this year. A year is a very long time frame in HYIP land. For my own future, I prefer to lose money in LYIP, but I will perform, my own DD and learning from mistakes, the DD's become sharper and sharper. Glad that you saw the light on time :P
