Richard has made a few posts at MMG and obviously read other people’s posts. Today he updated JPD with a refund plan. In it he switched from blaming the members to blaming himself, showing humility. He obtained $10K to restart JPD (now JPD2). He’s still asking for 25% of your former account balance, but isn’t requiring it. He’s also giving people until the end of July to deposit the 25%. My advice is to hold off, no matter how long it takes. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… It is never a good idea to spend new money to get old money!

You can read the Recovery Plan here.

    JMO – Sharon

Edited to add the following very astute description of Richard’s MO. It is posted below by Opie999, but I felt it should be here in the main article, as well:

Call him what you will but Richard is a shrewd student of human psychology. He preys on an endless supply of suckers (google PT Barnum) and their seemingly limitless capacity for greed. Before I get flamed I’d just like to say some of my best friends are suckers and as far as greed is concerned, why the hell do you think I mess about with HYIP?

The “refund queue” already has about a dozen people signed up and it undoubtedly will grow over the next few weeks. Should be interesting.

Re selective payouts. *If* one has the capital to burn *and* has little aversion to extreme risk, now would be a good time to jump on the queue to gain visibility. The high profile early birds probably will have a better chance of getting paid. As they are refunded, more and more will be encouraged to jump aboard. Eventually the plug will be pulled (again) and the johnny-come-latelys will lose another 25% on top of what they’ve already lost. Then the cycle will repeat.

I see only a few possiblities that might put an end to Richard’s predatory ways:

    1. Murdered by enraged investor
    2. Murdered by enraged husband
    3. Legal machinery finally catches up and puts him behind bars (this would only be temporary as he’d be right back at it immediately upon release)
    4. Parachute failure

He did the same thing LAST summer with GG-Investments investors………..said I”m sorry, I messed up, and asked for more money for a “recovery plan”.

Then he lost that stake. Took off and started JPD. Some of the original investors got money back via a 50% of monies owed put into a JPD acct.

He never answered my emails or PMs. He seems to selectively pay, or did from that group last year. Always has a story it seems. I would steer clear of this kid……….IMHO.

Bottom line: he owes me money from almost 9 months ago.

    2. Gravatar Icon 2 sharonsopinion

I hear you, NetZen. My deposit was 9, almost 10 months ago, too.

u lot r just referral farmers. I hate u!!! give me back my money !!!

    4. Gravatar Icon 4 NelsonN

Sharon, I must disagree, there is nothing humble from the narcissistic fraud that is Richard O’Neil.

    5. Gravatar Icon 5 sharonsopinion

ROFL Bill! There is no ref link, nor am I encouraging anyone to join. I’m sorry that you hate us, but you’re welcome to your opinion. I can’t give you back your money, since I’m not affiliated with the program, except as an old member. He has my money, too.

      HI Nelson,

I know you’re very angry. I’ve read quite a few of your posts at MMG. They are very well written and to the point. You raised quite a few very valid issues. Your anger is understandable.

My humble title was simply pointing out that Richard’s latest update showed a lot more humility that his kiss-off, egotistical farewell to JPD. (Actually, I have a few other choice words for his good-bye notice, but can’t put them in print. LOL)

I can see where it could be mistaken for support. I support trying to get refunds, but not at the expense of spending new money. That’s my stance with any program offering refunds.

It’s not that I support Richard or JPD. I think he’s hot-headed and that he is very likely to take unnessary risks the next time he has a bad day or two. I hope he proves us wrong and stays within his own rules, but history shows that he’s more likely to stray than stay.

      JMO,
      Sharon

Kudos to you Opie! That’s the best post I’ve seen that summarizes what happens! It is very, very funny, too! I should have had you write the article, instead of me. LOL

Would you mind if I copied it and pasted it into the main article?

      JMO,
      Sharon

    8. Gravatar Icon 8 opie999

      LOL! Thanks, Sharon.

I don’t mind at all. If it helps someone avoid getting burned (or burned again, as the case may be) feel free to copy away!

    9. Gravatar Icon 9 Jude

hey opie, I thought you are one of our writers already!

    10. Gravatar Icon 10 NelsonN

Sharon, I was trying to be funny. :)

Opie, you are wrong. International fraud is very serious stuff. JP-Daily members just don’t know that. Among prison time, Richard will not be allowed to come within 10-feet of a computer keyboard, he would be treated just like hackers. This is the part I like the most.

But for that to happen, the members have to stop believing Richard and prosecute him.

    11. Gravatar Icon 11 Bill Rogers

U orrible lot r immoral. Ur worse than Richard. U cooned us into joining. Referral farmers should hang !

    12. Gravatar Icon 12 opie999

      Hey, Jude.

I’m tryin’. I’m just a little shy, that’s all, and I don’t want people to call me bad names like referral rancher, er sumthin’.

    13. Gravatar Icon 13 plasticdollars

Right you are Bill. These ones are pure worms. They tell us to put money in this and then they tell us how sh*t it is.

Ever find one referral rancher/farmer/harvestor you’ll see. How thick do you want to make the rope??

    14. Gravatar Icon 14 opie999

Rules to live by when gambling in HYIP:

      1. Never gamble more than you can afford to flush down the toilet
      2. Never gamble money you need for your meds
      4. Trust no one
      3. Never gamble with plastic, i.e. borrowed money
      5. Trust no one
      7. Do your own DD and take responsibility for your own losses. If you lose money, you have nobody to blame but yourself, period
      6. Trust no one
      8. Never draw to an inside straight
      9. If you have an ounce of common sense, USE IT. If someone told you to drink insecticide, would you do so without first reading the label?
      10. Trust me

    15. Gravatar Icon 15 Jude

      opie: LOL

    16. Gravatar Icon 16 sharonsopinion

      Hi Nelson,

You’re right! I didn’t know that about International fraud, but it makes sense. Thank you for letting us know!

      Hi Opie,

ROFL! I love your list! I have no time for blog bashing. We’re an editorial team, not referral hounds! We try to report the news as we find it, along with our own opinions and knowledge. Because we’re human, we make mistakes. We’re far from infallible. When a site looks viable, we report good things. When they show signs of faultering or folding, we report bad things. When it’s an even keel, we report neutral things. This is no different than the editorial section of your local nwspaper.

I usually add something like “use multiple resources to decide” or “invest prudently” or “use your own judgement”. Also, I sign all of my opinion posts with “JMO”. Even though my fellow bloggers don’t use that sign-off, they still mean it. The sole responsibility for spending and withdrawing money is the HYIP player. Just as the responsibility for staying afloat or folding is the HYIP administrator.

Also, you can tell that we’re open to all opinions. Even though I strongly disagree with those that blame bloggers, we will not delete the posts. I love it that people are free to post. (Note: We will edit out sensitive/personal information, but not the post itself.)

      JMO,
      Sharon

    17. Gravatar Icon 17 Plasticdollars

We’re open, we this, we that…

      You people are filth.

The secrets out, it won’t be long before the police come after you. If I was you I’d pull the plug on these harvesting sites and make myself scarce. Go hide in some remote hideaway till it blows over.

1st Charis Johnston then her referral farmer cohorts.

      Opium999,

Go back to kiddies school and learn to count in order !

    18. Gravatar Icon 18 Jude

Plasticdollars, do you have any idea that your IP is logged when you’re doing all these comments?

      Before slandering, think.

Though I wouldn’t be bothered much, I’d appreciate if you respect my writers.

And Bill Rogers is Plasticdollars. What are you trying to pull?

    19. Gravatar Icon 19 opie999

Poor plasticbill. He’s in clear violation of rule #2.

      Or maybe that’s rule #3, er #5, er sumthin’. Heck I don’t. I never did learn my ABC’s. :(

    20. Gravatar Icon 20 rockboy2u

“And Bill Rogers is Plasticdollars. What are you trying to pull?”

LOL! I was wondering that very thing as I was reading thru…!

    21. Gravatar Icon 21 Johnny

Ok Opie999, and especially sharonsopinion, when people listen to you, and that you are wrong in your advices, you tell them that it’s because they violated the rule that says they should trust no one. And obviously you are referring about THE international hyip rules that have been voted by the politics few years ago!!!

Please do not react like you don’t know that in hyip area, people are almost always following advices from other people, even if it’s right not to do it unless people have done their own DD.

After there is different ways to give some advices. There is Jude’s way, where he is telling what he thinks, he gives us facts and let us make a decision.

But there is also sharonsopinion way and the way she used in the newsletter she had before with aaron, where she does not just advice but pushes people to invest in programs she recommends. She only speaks about the “great” benefifts of these programs, says they are so good opportunities and of obviously she invites each investor to use HER referral link.

However this can only work for a small period of time because after we must see that her advices were only bullshits (the opposite ORIGINAL philosophy of this blog before she starts to post by the way) because admins of her so great programs have run away with money of the investors.

Finally sharon, let me just tell me a trully rule, that is recognized internationally and that is even called this time not a Hyip rule but an INTERNATIONAL LAW: pushing people or giving information to people in the way to promote an illegal activity or organazition that conducts for them to loss their money is considered as a complicity of fraud. This complicity will be judged and punished by a Court.

Here is all difference between just giving simple information and being partial to promote illegal organizations to get money by referrals. Sharon I think you should be judged and punished by a Court for all the “work” and energy you have used to help scamming people during these last years !!!

    22. Gravatar Icon 22 Jude

Hey Johnny, take it easy. Sharonsopinion is not the same person as the one in Sharon and Aaron. She’s a completely different person; and a very honest and pleasant one.

In fact, Sharonsopinion and I usually share the same views on ponzis as we’re working on the same ethics in this blog (as most of our blogmasters do).

    23. Gravatar Icon 23 sharonsopinion

      Um Johnny,

I am not Sharon of the old Team Aaron and Sharon. I never even joined their group or read their stuff. I’ve heard about them, though. I was guided away from using them early on, because of just what you are saying about them.

If you care to click on my handle, sharonsopinion, under the article title, and read through some of my articles, you will see that I’ve never pushed anyone into any program. Back when I was green to blogging (about a year ago), my articles about new programs were slanted towards the benefits, but I quickly changed that to giving the facts, plus my opinion, plus letting people make their own decision.

In addition, you’ll notice that I was blogging here while Team Aaron and Sharon was still in existance. Jude can vouch for me. We’ve been friends longer than I’ve been blogging.

I do understand your sentiments about their style and understand that they led a lot of people wrong before disappearing. But, please do not lump all bloggers into the same category. We are different human beings, afterall. It would be like saying that all of the readers are alike.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    24. Gravatar Icon 24 Johnny

Ah ok then my apologizes, I was always doubting about this fact. And reading the negative opinions about you that other members posted, I concluded too fast that you were Sharon from Aaron and Sharon team. Then I don’t know what people critizing you are exactly reproaching you in the facts. For myself I have nothing against you

      Sorry again for the confusion!

(This is just an idea but maybe you could also introduce you in the blog as Makila did and precise this fact, I am pretty sure I am not the only one person that could have made this confusion. You might gain some consideration from the readers)

    25. Gravatar Icon 25 sharonsopinion

      HI Johnny,

No harm done! I hadn’t even considered a confusion until you said something about a newsletter that I hadn’t done! (I do have a newsletter, but it’s one where we all share ref links with each other. No dictating, just sharing programs.)

I’ve had other articles where people were quite rude to me and I couldn’t figure out why. I wonder if they thought I was her. So, I’m really glad you posted!

I’m not sure about doing an introduction. It’s a little late to do one after blogging here for a year! LOL Maybe Jude could run a poll and ask people if I should do an introduction to show that I’m not the other Sharon. Nah, there’s an introduction as to who I am over at the new forum. People will see it when Jude launches in the last week of March.

Thank you for the apology. I’m more glad that the confusion is cleared up, though.

      Thanks,
      Sharon

So what is this about Sharon suggesting people to join JPdaily? And what is it about people being angry at her for being a supporter of Richard? Did I miss something? She suggests here NOT to re-join it, unless I cant read???

    27. Gravatar Icon 27 sharonsopinion

      HI Makila,

I think people were angry because they thought I was that other Sharon. Thanks for sticking up for me!

      Thanks,
      Sharon

      Jude,

You’re no bullshit blog is filled with bullshit posts. Where’s the no bullshit?

This guy is a trader, this guy might be ponzi (he f**king is ponzi dildo)…

CRAP… its all crap and your blog is full to the brim.

I don’t respect your posters they are a clueless and a joke.

You and the rest are full of bullshit !

Instead of leeching from downlines flipping set up your own GPT programs then you might just get some street credibility.

I’m pissed of with you guys because your full of it.

I’ve expressed my opinion and I respect you for allowing me to do so. That’s where it has to end.

      Edited: Vulgarity edited by sharonsopinion.

–> Okay can you tell me your site, Roger? Is it called Roger flees to Hollywood? Lol.

    30. Gravatar Icon 30 Jude

Bill, your IP is logged and you’ll be reported to your ISP. At the same time, you’ll be banned from posting anymore comments.

Since when have you seen us encourage you to join JP-Daily? We aren’t even in them!

You’re taking things too personally. Maybe too much. I’d like to use the F word on you but that’s gonna make bring me down to your level.

    31. Gravatar Icon 31 sharonsopinion

Thank you, Jude! It’s OK to have a different opinion. It is not OK to continuously attack without anything substantial to say and/or backing up what you say. I think most people reading Billy’s posts will recognize his attacks as just a big puff of hot-air.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    32. Gravatar Icon 32 Jude

Yeap, and why should we run any programs anyway? We’re in this together and we should sniff things out and make money together.

I wouldn’t want to be entrusted with my readers’ funds and do something wrong with it.

We can beat the game, but there’s no reason for me to start one.
