    Kudos To CEPTrust!

    Tags: No Tags.

CEPTrust is unlicensed, like TriStar Money Changers (TSMC), but what a world of difference in how they are handling the issue! While Bob Krim, TSMC, is clamping down on anyone even asking about it (or any other issue), Trevor, CEPTrust, is pursuing the issue. Not only is he pursing it, he’s allowing an open discussion about it on his forum. You can read the legality thread here. (I’ve been following the discussion for the past few days.) So, kudos goes to Trevor for professionalism and raspberries go to Bob for being a tyrant.

Here’s Trevor’s latest update on MMG, copied from CEPTrust Forum:

Welcome to CEP! Great question. I totally understand where you are coming from. Frankly, though, we like the fact that the US is so strict with their payment processing rules. It is actually a safeguard to our business and our members. Surely, we could put CEP Trust underneath CEP Holdings, INC and set up operating agreements that it could function out of the US under Belize law, and we have considered this (at least until we get a few money transmitter licenses ), but we really do not need to do this kind of maneuver at the moment. Quite honestly, there is one major thing that many people right now do not understand, and it is because the bloggers do not understand, and they have passed on mis-information. Paypal is not registered in several states: Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, and a few others that do–in their current laws–require one to have a money transmitter license to do payment processing with any residents of the state. I can tell you right now that there are KY, NY, and NC members of paypal without a doubt in my mind. Is paypal going to be stormed by the Feds and shut down? I really don’t think so. This is why: the money transmitter license is not like other licenses. It is really not something looked on as a big deal by the law. It is something that, so long as it is being worked on, the company is really alright. Especially once it has one money transmitter license. Once a company has one, it’s much easier to obtain others from other states. Paypal has been around for years and still doesn’t have one in every state. What does that tell you? This means the bloggers have no idea what they’re talking about, honestly, and they talk because that’s what they do. They’ve done minimal research, and they use that minimal research as potential fire-power against us (they really don’t like us…probably because we are legitimate and aren’t going anywhere, so they can’t “predict” our end and then talk about how they were right…lol). Even PN has resorted to e-mailing certain staff members “encouraging” them with particular rewards if they would go to the police and turn us in. lol That e-mail, btw, will be found in our attorney’s office no later than early next week. There is a line, and he has crossed it. It is now slander, and I really hope he’s in the US so he can receive a taste of his own “medicine”.

The move of our head quarters to New Mexico is simply a temporary solution while we continue the process of obtaining a money transmitter in New York. Our attorney is there, and she is dealing with all of our paper work as efficiently as possible. She has helped others, such as credit unions, obtain money transmitter licenses for years, so she knows what she is doing. Btw, I should note that we have to register in NY state first. That process began this past week and is almost complete. According to bloggers, that would be a bad thing to be registered there and not have a money transmitter license there. According to our lawyer, it’s just simply what businesses do and how it works…yet another contradiction between the real law and the “law” the bloggers keep quoting from. They’re not experts in the least, and I’m telling you, do your own research and stop listening to them. Most of them are only deceivers who get thrills out of having a following. Others, like NetZen, are ok guys who honestly care about conveying true information. That guy has earned my trust, and that’s not exactly something that’s easy to do.

I just wrote you a book as a reply! lol I hope it is helpful. I was about to come on soon anyway and post an update, so I’ll go ahead and do so now.

I mentioned yesterday that I would make sure I found out from my friend what and where, etc, we are covered to do investments, trusts, banking, etc, with our international business license. He showed me that we are able to do all of these things currently in ANY country with one exception…Belize! lol The Belize law dictates that one cannot do investments in Belize or with Belize residents, but one may do them “without” Belize. lol Amusing, in a way. Regardless, there is one additional license that we can obtain, and we will have an international brokerage account with it, so we are in the process of getting that. This license will allow us to do investments, trusts, and banking in Belize, as well, so then we have the freedom to do these in every country…period. From what my friend was telling me, Donald Trump and other big business people get international business license from different countries and work out of the US so that they are covered under the law of the country they registered but–because they do not do business in the country they registered and they do their business in the States–they are totally covered to do any type of business here. Even athletes such as Tiger Woods have these types of protections, and he simply does investments with others, from what I understand. Like I said, my friend knows what he’s talking about when it comes to these types of licenses. Just wanted to make sure I gave an update there so everyone would be aware of it. Hope that helps!

    Trevor

While I don’t agree with everything that Trevor says, especially about bloggers (LOL), I applaud his pursuit of truth and getting licensed. (I agree with him about NetZen and his blog being excellent.) It sounds like CEPTrust will have some answers about licensing early next week. Obtaining a lawyer, who is an expert in licensing, is definitely a huge step in the right direction.

If they do obtain licensing, they will be the first HYIP/PP combination that succeeds. It will pave the way for more. Just make sure that future ones handle licensing as well as Trevor. In addition, if they obtain licensing then it is thumbs up for them, IMO.

I’ve been part of cep sites only since Nov 06 but it is definitely a well run, professional group with lots of class and ingetrity.

    3. Gravatar Icon 3 Annie

I agree. The integrity by which CEP sites are run is unparalleled in this industry.

I have some big money in CEP and 4newbiesmarketing, too
so I hope everything’s gonna be fine.

I trust Trevor and CEP sites ALL THE WAY…I’m in the 3 sites plus DSM and 4NM, no worries here, I know I’m in good hands.
Thank you very much for posting Trevor’s response.

I must say while I haven’t followed this issue real close, from the outside it appears that many people have a bias against tristar. If they are both unlicensed, then they are both operating illegally. There is no difference, I repeat, they are both operating illegally. So what if one is more open to discussion than another. The end result is the same, they are both illegal. It’s like saying, hey Andy from tft and xlo was not as bad a scammer as Stormy from the network, because he stuck around to talk about the scamming. In the end, it makes no difference as all the money is lost.

    7. Gravatar Icon 7 Toobbe

from my wiew it seems like you scott have money in the TriStar camp :) hehe just kidding! but the difference is… Cep havent had all those delays.. right? and mr bob krim.. have another new stalling tech almost one and another week ?! and his updates is always… “its going 2 be better soon.. promise and then ooo… do you think we can make 50% in 2 weeks?!” He never say any thing that is interesting… dont get me wrong.. but Trevor is saying… next week we will prob.. have a answer.. then its up 2 trevor too make that true! Do I got any money in the Tristar camp? nop… did I have any money in the cep untill last week? nop… am a member of 4NM… and I do trust Israel very mutch so if he say its ok… well maybe it is ok… hehe trevor will have 2 earn my trust first but… I dont think israel will merge with a company he dont feel sure about. and I dident requested a payout yeasterday from 4NM… cause I trust Israel.. so the money can lay there for another 2 weeks! cheers and hugs 4 everyone // Toobbe

Sorry trevor, but most bloggers are sitting online on their ass for 5 years, some(including myself) even over 10 years. We see every site come and go. ALL OF THEM. Most of us bloggers do not know the technical details of how to register as a money transmitter and how far you can and cannot go without being shut down. But thats not our main purpose of existance or why we are bloggers. Dont start bullshitting when a blogger says this or that site will crash that they dont give that site a chance to show differently. When an experienced blogger is certain a site crashes, it will crash, period. Thats why we are blogger and why we are there. To avoid people to invest in scams. Sometimes we dont know whether a site crashes or not. Sometimes it cannot be predicted. We will then just give our opinions and pass them on to our readers and give reasons why something is good or we something is not so good. We are not here to judge whether you need to be registered/licensed or not. We can post a warning a site is currently unregistered and post articles about it, or warn people about a site that claims to be registered, but in reality simply lies about it. But as far as our knowledge goes, for most of us bloggers it stops right there. We are not technical experts on “How to register”. Thats beyond our field. I feel Trevor is trying to accuse us of pretending we are experts in license and registry service, well maybe some are, I am not. Thank you.

      Have a nice day.

To Scott: I agree with what you say here about both CEP Trust and Tri-star. I also agree about how Andy getting off the hook so systematically and graciously and even get sympathy from people who were not in TFT and did not lose money there

To Toobbe: I said it before, the problem with Tri-Star is that they did not have verification system right from the start and let other surf sites use TSMC too soon. Therefore it welcomed scammers/members using the loophole to cheat. Now they have to clean up the mess. I just joined CEPT because of DSM and 4newbies. I am extremely impressed with their verification process.

My kudos went to CEPTrust for pursuing getting licensed and for being open and honest about what they are doing. Where on the other hand, instead of addressing the licensing issus, Bob is stealing a member’s money, if they dare to ask about it or any other issue. That’s the difference!

Yes, they are both unlicensed as of now. Hopefully next week we’ll know for sure about the legality of CEPTrust. I do know that it varies by state in the US. So, maybe New Mexico is easier on the issue, than Kentucky is. It is interesting that PayPal does not list 9 states, including Kentucky, on there license page.

Also, Makila makes an excellent point that we are editorilist and not experts in the law. We can, however, base warnings on history and bring an issue to the forefront. We do know that Texas (EMO & IntGold) and Tennessee (StormPay) in the the US, plus Malaysia (PicPay) as well as many other places around the globe are very serious about unlicensed money transmitters. It is best that a company address and obtain licensing BEFORE they open for business. Otherwise, they run the risk of bing shut-down and their member’s money seized.

Government seems to crack down more on money transmitters, than they do on illegal ponzis. While you risk your money being stolen by a ponzi, you know this risk gong in. You don’t expect that your money is at risk with a money transmitter. When they close, it feels like a sucker punch.

Both are unsafe until we know for sure. However, Trevor appears to be more trustworthy, than Bob does, when you take out the emotion of money tied-up.

      JMO,
      Sharon

P.S. ROFL @ the “Bob is just cleaning up” comment. Just what do you think Bob’s HYIP/Autosurf sites are based on? I’ll give you a clude, it’s not outside income sources, unless you count fees from TSMC.

    11. Gravatar Icon 11 John

All I can say is TRUST but VERIFY. Go in with BOTH your eyes OPEN or you may lose your pants and house.

Why ….. because we once trusted Stormpay, INTGold and EMO. Be wary of new comers like TSMC and CEPT.

ANDY from TF – is a very cunning SCAM ARTIST. He got all the members kissing his ass while he slowly walk away with their money.

      HE IS A LOW-LIFE THIEF AND A SCUM-BAG !

      Sharon,

You forced me to say you are one of those biased people who say nasty things when they are not even in the programs. You just want to show off your opinions.

    13. Gravatar Icon 13 sharonsopinion

      HI theray,

You are quite welcome to your own opinion. I see my job here as reporting news, editorials and helpful tools/advice. My opinions are based on history, information that I find, my own experiences and experiences of others. I do not just say nasty things, as you’d see if you read back through my articles. However, I also do not coddle to administrators and will not hesitate to voice my opinion on what I view as red flags. If I can either help people save some money and/or earn some money, then I’ve done a good job. If I mis-report something, I have no problem admitting that I was wrong.

As for reporting on programs that I’m not in, it’s because I’m in very few programs. I’m very picky and have a list of criteria, which has changed and been refined over time. I’ve no doubt that as the industry changes, so will my criteria for chosing where I put my money. However, I do watch the sites that have a lot of buzz about them, because a good many readers are in those sites.

I hope that helps explain my position. I would like to hear your position on what you post in public. For example, why do you leave nasty comments about bloggers, rather than about the subject of the article?

      JMO,
      Sharon

      Sharon,

I do not know you are a blogger. Please give me your blog so that I can read it.

      Hi theray,

I am a blogger here. I wrote this article, as well as over 100 others. I do not own my own blog, because I like it here. I fully respect Jude and think that this is the best blog around. So, scroll to the very top where you’ll see “sharonsopinon”. Next click on it and it will take you to a list of all of my articles.

      Thanks,
      Sharon

      Sharon,

I just realized that is the case. I do not read NoBS blog because I don’t have the time. I only subscribe to Jude’s Nobs newsletters and that is why I am here. Isn’t that funny?

    17. Gravatar Icon 17 sharonsopinion

      Hi theray,

Jude’s newsletters are really good! I like how he highlights articles since the last newsletter. I hope that you do make time to read the articles (or at least the synopsis on the home page). Jude has a wonderful family of bloggers, which all write very good articles. It is well worth visiting NoBS HYIP Blog Community everyday, because there is always something new here. The readers get very involved and post excellent comments. I learn as much from comments as I do the articles! In addition, when Jude launches the forum, I’m sure you’ll find it is just as lively. :)

I dont believe in Makila. He said “When an experienced blogger is certain a site crashes, it will crash, period. Thats why we are blogger and why we are there. To avoid people to invest in scams.”

Then why do you refer to people? How many sites you have refered that went scam? How many people lost their money because you refered them to scamsites? And now you say you (bloggers) are doing it to avoid people to invest in scams? huh!
Some bloggers even ask for monthly membership to access to their list of scamsites.huh!

    19. Gravatar Icon 19 Makila

      Hey Marius.

You should not believe me, you shouldnt believe any person that says how wonderfull or how bad something is. What you have to do, is check different opinions of what other people have to say about a certain site, then add your own thoughts to it and make a decision and decide for yourself if something is good or not.

So I somewhat agree when you say “I dont believe makila”. You dont know me, and its not my job to lure you into anything. My job is to give you advise(good or bad), but its still your decision to join something or not or whether to believe me or not.

Some bloggers even ask for monthly membership to access to their list of scamsites.huh! –> I agree, why should you pay for advise? If I would be paid as a blogger I would be ashamed of myself.

Then why do you refer to people? How many sites you have refered that went scam? –> Personally, in the past only 1, paidresponse. So far as blogger I only referred to IS, and that site didnt scammed so far. I was in some other autosurfs, but I most often had 0 referrals. I dont like ragging up refs. if I invest in a scam thats my business, but when I refer people to it, I feel responsible. If I had refs the most they invested was 20$ or so. But Paidresponse I promoted quiet a bit and now I am ashamed I did. I lost 10% myself. Someone lost 100$ thanks to me. Not much but still…

How many people lost their money because you refered them to scamsites?
Only about 5 so far, they lost around 200$ in total, personally I never had many refs under me that invested. If I know my refs personally, I try to refund them or make a deal with them, sadly I dont always have their email address.

    20. Gravatar Icon 20 Makila

When I refer people to a site, its because in my opinion the site is reliable, honest and real. If a site I refer people to crashes after all, its not because I thought it was a scam, then it is because I misjudged the owners.

Sadly this is not the case for all bloggers. They are some bad once out there that just build up a reputation, just to lure victims easily into their own scams or they abuse others to build up their downline.(ref whores) I personally hate these type of bloggers.

I frankly dont care if you believe me or not. What you do with your money is your business not mine. The only way to survive online is to be very sceptical and dont believe anyone unless prooven otherwise. To invest in the right thing, is a matter of trial and error and learn from past mistakes to improove your own judgement. And never be too greedy.

      Hi Makila,

I have seen you many times here. Excuse my ignorance. Can you give me your blog? Thanks.

    22. Gravatar Icon 22 Makila

Just like sharon I only write blogs on Judes Blog. I dont have my own blog.

    23. Gravatar Icon 23 theray

I guess I am quite ignorant. I like the idea of getting e-mails from Jude for updates. The headlines make it easy for me. I only look at the ones that interest me. Well I think I need to look around more. LOL!
