For example Steven paid you 2x50euro. Then your account showed -50euro. 50 euro = 66$. You then refunded IS 66$. Now the system added 66 Euro's to your account balance instead of 50 Euro and thus created an additional 16 euro in your acc bal which shouldnt be there. Your account turned negative Mbongwe when they paid you double amounts.
For example Steven paid you 2x50euro. Then your account showed -50euro. 50 euro = 66$. You then refunded IS 66$. Now the system added 66 Euro’s to your account balance instead of 50 Euro and thus created an additional 16 euro in your acc bal which shouldnt be there.
