ePanama is our newest blogger! Mark’s first article, about WebMoney, is below. However, there is a second article at his blog, Digital Money World, today that you should read, also. There are new rules for any site accepting credit card payments. It doesn’t matter if the site owner is huge, like Amazon, or a mom-and-pop operation. The rules are good news for those of us that make purchases online and are concerned about identity theft.

You can read “New Rules for Organizations that Accept Online Payments” here.

Digital Money World is a wealth of information and links for e-currencies. If you have an e-currency question, you’re likely to find the answer there or you can ask him! I am a big fan of Mark’s work. He has many years of experience and a vast knowledge of e-currencies. Mark is a wonderful addition to NoBS HYIP Blog! Please join me in welcoming him.
