The saga continues…
In my last article Ad Daily Network pleaded to get their funds in TriStar Money Changers (TSMC) unblocked. When their account was unblocked, they wrote a thank-you letter, praising Bs King, which sounded coerced.
He’s at it again, blocking more accounts. Thanks to Dolphin, Dolphin’s Wink, for posting the latest information in NoBS Network Forum, comments 4, 8, and 9. Please read all of the comments and feel free to add your own comment. We will not give your IP address to a third party. You’ll see that even Jake, ASA and one time BK supporter, suspended TriStar.
In one breath Bs King says “Please allow me to reassure you, it is my personal commitment to all of our faithful members, not one single member will lose a dime and withdrawal request will be honored as soon as possible.” And the very next sentence he says, “We have however found it necessary to terminate several account that were found to be in direct violation of our terms of service.”
Beware, you are a “bad” member if you own a HYIP/Surf that believed the Bs King and started using TSMC, based on his promises. You’re also a “bad” member if you happen to question anything that hasn’t been answered already or if you try to open a discussion about a concern. So, the few remaining cheerleading sheep may get paid, but he’s stealing money from everyone using their brain.
I just thank the Good Lord that I passed on all of his crap!

I still believe TSMC is a SCAM operation and that he will run some day.

This TriStar members you disrespectfully refer to as “cheer leading sheep” are thousands of members [from newcomers to die hard surfers with more than 2 years surfing experience] with thousands USD in TSMC.
Thousands of members have made a packet, the months and months the TriStar sites were paying like clockwork . Greedy members and newcomers will obviously be in the red.
Do you think that we are blind or stupid to not be concerned with the scenario as it is.
The bottom line is their is still hope and for that we as TriStar members with thousands involved are thank full. The game is not over yet. [if the Bob haters do not understand this, their obsession for Bob to go down over rule the interest of TriStar’s members.

1. The last time Bob addressed the legality of TSMC, I believe, he said it was licensed, or registered, with the IRS. A mis-statement or just blowing smoke?
2. NOW every withdrawing member must go through a week, two week, three week process of joining (the unlicensed) TSMC and ordering a US Paycard. Ooops, international members are waiting for a Visa. No one is posting anything about the Visa, yet. International members prbably have another 2 - 4 weeks before the Visa is “in hand”.
3. Bob’s surfs purport to sell advertising, then deletes members after they have paid for advertising, but have NOT received it all?? Bet there are some Attorney Generals in some states that would be interested in Consumer Protection complaints!
4. Now, “no one will loose a cent” - in the hedge fund? OMG, would you trust a stock broker if he/she said “you won’t loose a cent in this _____ fund”??
5. TSMC is a “payroll processor” was one statement I recall from Bob/STO. Payroll goes to employees. If you are not an employee then you must be an Independent Contractor - a VENDOR. Either or, cannot be both. Either one requires documentation, at least in the USA. Bob has NOT asked for any documentation.
6. Bob states he, or TSMC, or B&B or something, has bought a hedge fund. OK, possible. Some quick research shows that Bob has already broken several regulations concerning hedge funds.
7. The surf/ponzi schemes are being “turned-over” to a management firm. So Bob can exit the surfs and let the “management firm” take the fall???
Bottom line. Bob has a lot of street-smarts, and prays on the ignorance (not stupid by any means, simply “ignorance” meaning a person does not know something) of so many. This whole thing is going to be very, very nasty when it does fall.
BTW..an old Admin said they believe Brookie is Bob’s neice. Unable to confirm that.

You are right. There are only some cheerleading sheep and there are thousands of people silenced by Bobby’s tyrannical threats. I appologize to all of those that are stuck and fall into the 2nd category.

na DorieJ I think his niece is another username, Brookie just had 50th birthday according to what is in forums. Unless Bobbo or his wife have older sibling I cant see it.
So I see no date on when anyone is gonna receive any of that monopoly money? Instead no video, cheer Bob a bit longer few months more Bob just needs a little more time etc etc. Or will it be his management team just need a little more time etc etc. Hmm maybe he went and hired John Horans top ST management team. Some of them could teach a few stalling tactics I am sure.
It is really hard to see how someone is still drinking Bobs Koolaid but then I kind of think back to March 2006 when I had a problem with a certain mobs koolaid as well. Took me a fair while to see the light as well.
