I’d like to bring attention to those who has read Code4Gold and Dollar’s Blog entry on Curt, Ponziscams.

I think you guys misinterpreted on what information Curt has been requesting.

I am in the Information gathering stage to form a Class Action Lawsuit against TSMC. If you are interested in joining click that link you will go to a page describing what I am going to do.

Once I reach a certain level of money, I will turn it over to Legal Counsel for consideration of a Class Action Lawsuit.

I have worked with Legal Counsel regarding other Lawsuits such as Solidinvestment and most recently Troybank. I do not get paid from legal counsel to do this. I am an independent researcher.

Once it reaches a certain level of money, meaning when the information is substantial (the amount of money lost in Solid Investments from the investors), he’ll turn in these information to the solicitors for them to take action.

I’ve spoken to Curt and I know what kind of guy he is. His best forte is his forensic skills in internet busting, and his intentions were all good and nothing bad. What he’s doing now is to try and recover the funds for existing affected investors of Solid Investment, which E-gold has effectively freezed the account, to recover whatever amount that is stuck in the account.

It’s pretty funny how people are reading good intentions to some evil plan. This is something I will never understand. The whole community should be working together to bust crimes and scams that are looking to swindle investors money, not to rebuke one another, and for no apparent reasons as well.

    Period.

      Yes Jude,
in fact Curt helped me a lot sending me some information to be refunded.

Perhaps there is some confusion reading his Blog (and these links are the answer from that confusion), and also if you click on that e-gold link you can read in the memo field: “You will be directed to Troybank”.

This could be an old link and an error that Curt should fix.

I think that Curt is doing a great work for all the people.

I also think Curt is doing great work and that we should work together, but to start any type of law suit against TriStar at this stage is surely not in the interest of the thousands of TriStar members with thousands involved.

We all know what happened with 12DP/Stormpay etc.

      HI Jannie,

The writing is already on the wall for TriStar. It’s not Curt bringing them down, it is their administration. Curt is just trying to get a jump start on recovering money stolen by TriStar. At this point it is mostly for those that have had their accounts just deleted and all of their money stolen. However, it’s just a matter of days or a couple of weeks before it will be everyone else.

      JMO,
      Sharon
