I was away from the computer for close to 48 hours and apparently I picked the wrong time to take a break! The TriStar and CEP news broke all over the place. I had planned to write one article for both giants, but now feel that it would be an injustice to CEP. So, here’s the TriStar crap of the day…

First, I’d like to point out that some of the places with TriStar news and viewpoints are Dolphin’s Wink (multiple), PonziScams (multiple), DrunksWorld, the Safelist and iBiOBiz. All are worth reading, but the most notable are Dolphin’s articles “Good Friday” and “Ads On Command.” Dolphin expressed her views, which mirror my own, very eloquently. Chris coined the term “TriStar Money Holders” and I think it’s appropriate.

I am so fed up with Bobby’s bullcrap! Have we learned nothing from history? Let’s review what he’s up to now, which are ALL things that happened right before the closing of several huge HYIPs, Autosurfs and Payment Processors in the past:

    • Delayed payments (1.5 months now!)
    • Forcing members to use only the payment processor set up by the HYIP.
    • Requiring personal information and documentation. (Remember what Vince from Alien Trust did with this type of information?)
    • Gagging members and deleting those not adhering to the gag order.
    • Opening new programs to sustain old ones or because old ones aren’t racking up deposists anymore.
    • Restructuring/changing the TOS for existing programs.
    • Attacking those reporting what is going on.
    • Blatant lying and stalling.
    • Let’s not forget that TSMC is still unlicensed!

Are those enough red flags for those of you attacking people trying to warn and fight against his crapola? It burned me up when I saw posts against Curt, PonziScams, who is trying to establish a path for those seeking legal action against Mr. Krimm and his stooges. If you read the Safelist posts, you know that Curt isn’t the only one filing a lawsuit against TriStar. A Safelist poster told us about his girlfriend and her friends trying to get their money back from TriStar. Here is Bobby’s response email:

    Dear XXXX,

Allow me to once again re-assure you that you will not lose your money. And yes, I have said it again! Screen shots are not admisable in a court of law because they are digital images and therefore can be altered. I think you are missing the bigger pitcher here. Today I spent several hours with my attorneys and a few other gentlemen that will be directly involved with our future business and the opportunities we are laying out before all of our members.

If you are willing to be patient and wait just a little while longer, I am making a personal promise to get you your funds back. It is not my intention nor is it in my character to cause financial distress to anyone. I believe with all my heart that some day I am going to stand before God and give an account for my life and the deeds I’ve done. Trust me, I do not wish to explain why I took some college students money and never returned it.

If you are willing to take a little advice from a guy who has been around the block a few times, Your wasting your time trying to sue me. I have my bases covered and I am vertually untouchable. You would never win a law suit against me and you would probably spend more money in legal fees then you ever had in the programs. I never said you had to use TSMC to get paid and I do not intend on making it manditory. I am merely in a situation where I cannot pay anyone right now until my attorneys finish the work on our Hedge Fund.

I promise you, I am not willing to risk everything I have worked for over some egold money. I’m not that stupid. I’m only asking that you be patient and give me time to build this business to the next level so we can all make a lot of money legally

I hope you reconsider and stay with us. We are going to new hieghts that no other internet company has done. You need to think about where we came from and what we have built over the past year, then think about where we are going. Do you really want to miss out on all that can be?

    Sincerely
    Robert Krimm

    Let’s break it down…

    1. Bobby said, “Your wasting your time trying to sue me. I have my bases covered and I am vertually untouchable.” (BTW, Bobby needs to use spellchecker when he writes. LOL) Untouchable?!?! No one is untouchable!
    2. Next he writes, “I never said you had to use TSMC to get paid and I do not intend on making it manditory.” Yet, Brookie wrote in the Daily News on Monday that “5. All members, you will have to get a TSMC account and order a debit card. I will soon let them international members know what to do. No exceptions!!! No debates!!! Please start getting this done. 6. Old Alert Pays and E-golds in payouts on the surfs will be changed over to TSMC. How quickly? I am not sure. Will keep updating this.” Who is lying? Remember that Rhonda Brooks’, “Brookie”, posted on Monday and Bobby’s email was on Tuesday.
    3. Followed by, “I am merely in a situation where I cannot pay anyone right now until my attorneys finish the work on our Hedge Fund.” Just what situation forces someone to break promises on one side of a business to start a new one? I could just see if he tried that line at a brick and mortar stock holder’s convention. They’d all scream, “What does starting a new business have to do with paying us for the old business?”
    4. Lastly he says, “so we can all make a lot of money legally.” I almost fell off my chair laughing so hard! Is this an admission that so far he’s only been making money illegally and now he wants to make it legal?

The sad fact is that it is most likely too late to get your money out of the TriStar mess. As it closes its doors, it is going to cripple a lot of people’s finances and will have a ripple effect through the entire HYI community. When scammers turn into a giant before closing, they do more damage to the HYI world than all the little scammers combined. I do feel for everyone taken in by this con-artist. He is a slick show-man preying on people while using P.T.Barnum’s “There’s a sucker born every minute” philosophy.

This guy reminds me exactly of Vince Krolein from AT. It’s like he’s a mirror image of him.

I hope anyone that looks at GulfsideFinancial does a few searches and finds some of these reviews on TSM and it’s president Robert (Bob) Krimm.
So they have all the history on previous stalling tactics at least.

I am willing to trade AlertPay dollars for TriStar dollars - granted there will be a discount but if anyone really wants to bail I have some funds available. I can be contacted via PM at the ASA Monitor site. Also will check back here from time to time during the next two or three days if someone cares to leave a contact address. Once my existing funds are exhausted - offer is withdrawn.

What amazes me is in the “big” sites, people are more willing to ignore warning signs. Maybe it is wishful thinking, I don’t know. What I do know is 2 months worth of pending payouts is simply unacceptable. How on earth is he ever going to bounce back even if he has the means to do so? It is a tall order.

    7. Gravatar Icon 7 Gray Eminence

“Expertised” people don’t seem to learn from the past

    8. Gravatar Icon 8 jannie

Sharon, it is not about ignoring warning signs. We should understand that people with money involve in TriStar may promote a different plan of action to try and secure their money than people without money involved.

The bottom line is that it will be a very sad day if we due to fundamental differences in our approaches, due to different circumstances, forget that as surfers we have a common goal and should stand together and not disgrace each other.

What I keep thinking about is that ALL surf upgrades is by now
expired and that would have to be quite a bit of money that he
      has to pay out.

I mean, come on, ALL surf upgrades are due to be paid out, that’s
like some truckloads of money. Can it be done, probably not.

      Cheers

      Chris

I feel sorry for those who had their money in TSMC. Chances of getting it back is NIL. Infact BOB is gloating and telling even greater lies. His great weapon now is to promise the moon and play delay tactics. And as time drags on, he hope that the people will forget and not pursue the theft.

I am lucky as I was not involved with TSMC. I refused to have anything to do with TSMC and avoided all those programs. It walked like a duck, quack and even smell like a duck, SO it is a DUCK. TSMC became a SCAM operation as I expected.

I hope and wish that all those affected will be able to group together and try to get him and get him good.

Infact there is another DUCK walking around now that I am also suspicious of. It is CEPT who had bought over many “good” programs and imposed that only CEPT accounts to be used for them.

Well, the bottom line is - let the BUYER beware and to trust your own instinct !

Too bad Curt was doing his magic when the members of TheNetwork were going through their trauma. Maybe there wasn’t enough money involved to be worth his and his lawyer buddy’s time.

    13. Gravatar Icon 13 iracoon

Curt did his so called magic when Rob Ross was stealing from everyone. Wgat happened nothing. The same thing that will happen now.

    14. Gravatar Icon 14 makila

Curt does his best, but in the end only a few will see a refund.

The government steals from us, Hyips steal money from us, Stormpay steals money from us, Tri-star steals money from us. We all have Receivers like Mr Barton(EMO) as well who are abusing the law, attempting to shut down hyips, take control over the hyip theirself and steal our money legally. They are the worst scammers of them all.

Also Forex trading is a scam. Loosers simply loose, and brokers put their money as pure profit into their own pocket. Winners are placed on a blacklist of brokers and kicked out of every platforms because winners dont earn brokers any money. Brokers are scammers and greedy cocksuckers. The only way for an excellent trader to make a lot of money is to switch broker every 4 months.

People have to realize, the whole online world is a scam paradise. Neither hyips, lyips, banks, brokers or what so ever are interested in winners. All they want is OUR money and make every possible effort to steal it from us.

The honest people have a hard time because they are betrayed by their trader, their payprocessor, the bank, the government, the reciever or any other scumbag.

We all come online with very high hopes, thinking we can earn a few bucks left or right. But until you realize that the online investment world is a “scam” on itself, you will never earn a single dime at all and it will be more likely you loose your second mortgage instead.

Call me very sceptical, but if history repeats itself, every single year, most people will loose their money online, as usual. Have a nice day.

I am willing to sell TSMC dollars for cash. This offer open to TriStar believers only. Must have access to Western Union bank wire. I will also add a $200 bonus.

I’m staying with TriStar, just need a few extra bucks to feed my family and pay my mortgage until withdrawls resume.

It is a shame that Bobby and his vindictive
forum mod’s will have to sleep with ‘one eye
open’, for that rest of their lives.

Just who did they think they were?

I hope they get what they deserve very soon.

Then they will know that they wherever they
go, they will have to keep their heads DOWN.
