Please read carefully, this short update contains the most important news since the launch of the program!
We have a deadline!
Because of what’s happening in the e-currency world, the Trust Partner has decided to set a deadline to reach the 100.000 members target. The date will be the31st of August 2007. This means that we havefour months to go.
This also means, that we know now who will qualify for the Compensation and who won’t. The Trust Partner has announced, that after the closure of the program for new members we will have one month to deliver the documents and ID copies. So, to qualify, you must turn 67 in October 2007 or later.
We don’t accept membership fees via 1mdc at this moment. As you must be aware already, they are having some problems, so all we can do is to keep our eye on them and wait until the good news. As soon as their problems are solved, we start accepting 1mdc again. I have been in touch with them and they assured me these problems won’t last long.
Starting today, the member counter will be updated manually and it will show you the actual number of qualified members. This means members, who turn 67 in October 2007 or later. So, don’t be surprised if you see lower numbers in the counter than last time when you logged in your member area. I will start the job to check the ages of the members in blocks of 1000 members and update the counter block by block.
Concerning the deadline. We shouldn’t be afraid of not meeting it! If you have a look at this weeks Time-Line Forecast above, you see that the forecasted time to reach 100.000 members is September. All we need to do is to get adjusted to the idea of the deadline, work as intensively as before and we will make it. We have made wonderful progress so far even without the deadline. Now, when we have it and we know that we must reach the target in four months, it will create positive pressure and push us all a bit further in our affairs. If you see it as a problem, turn it into a challenge!
So, to repeat myself…
-we must reach 100.000 members by the end of August 2007
- you must turn 67 in October 2007 or later to qualify for the Compensation
- we have one month/September to deliver the documents and the ID copies
- we don’t accept 1mdc at this very moment

Regardless of the (supposed) change in dates for the program to close, I’ve always thought it funny how they’re going to handle Paperwork and IDs. Maybe I missed it, but to the best of my knowledge, GPP has obfuscated who they really are from the beginning. If they don’t get the 100,000 you lose your $35 and everyone shrugs? They make it and you’re supposed to…..email? Documents and ID to…somebody? If that’s not the case, please update me. Thanks.
I really dont buy it. I just cant believe that they are legit. Perhaps I am being cynical but my take on this is that they are panicking about their pot of money being confiscated by the feds before they have had a chance to scam everybody. I would like to be proven wrong - just so I could be first in the queue to invest in the next round - thing is, I dont think I am.

What if, after reading the above and thoroughly understanding it, you still think GPP is a complete hoax? That’s where I’m at. I guess I just don’t have what it takes to make the leap of faith required, even for 30 piddly euros. Probably because just about everything in the history of the world of HYI points to this, also, being a load of bull (something explicitly prohibited on this blog). I can see how people are taken in by it, i.e. emotionally manipulated by the pitch. After all, retirement plan HYIPs strike a deep chord with most of us because they appeal to our desire to provide for ourselves and live a comfortable lifestyle in our latter years. But, this vague and convoluted scheme isn’t going to provide that. What it *is* intended to do is procure 30 euros from 100k people, which adds up to an attractive 3M euros (minus site hosting fees, of course).
The frustrating thing here is that we’ll have to wait until at least the end of August 2007 to see this thing unravel.
Due to e-gold problems recently, GPP is now offering a variety of manual payment options.

Now am not sure we’ll reach 100,000 members on 31st August 2007 cause since the e-gold problems last week, new sign ups have dropped almost 50% with just 767 members have joined in the last seven days.

Luc, do you have any explanation why the whole thing suddenly is based in Latvia? I just think it’s fishy as they have mentioned it was being operated from Liechtenstein!?

Perhaps they are involved with First Oceanic Bank’s “account administration” department, though First Oceanic Bank’s site never gets more specific than “the Baltic states”. But FOB’s “treasury and working capital is mostly in the UK correspondent accounts”, so perhaps not. Whatever the case, these girls must be nicely tucked away, because Gertrudes iela 15 is googleless (though the street and surrounding businesses - such as a pizzeria - are easily found).
One wonders why Western Union wouldn’t go to the same place as cheques? Perhaps to avoid arousing FOB’s suspicions. Wouldn’t want to do anything warranting an SAR.
Nothing conclusive in all of that except that GPP, contrary to the appearance of legitimacy that SWIFT numbers and street addresses might suggest, seems to be operating in a shady manner. I don’t think any assurance can be derived from the inclusion of these payment methods.
Machenka, the whole company is NOT based in Latvia. Latvia is only for the payment process, a lot of online businesses are using payment methods based in Latvia (probably cause is offshore and cheaper) BUT again the whole company is registered in Liechtenstein.
andrewunknown, this information was posted few days ago in different forums and blogs and I think only serious investors or ppl interested to invest in this program should come here. NOT ppl who try to put this program down.

I took a look at GPP and the credibility of the whole thing is laughable.
All this talk about keeping certain details from ‘outsiders’ is hysterical too!

@ Luc: I appreciate your opinion, but will post here if I choose unless Jude requests that I limit my comments to only those programs which I am involved in and/or those that I find praiseworthy. I am not trying to “put this program down” and have no agenda driving me to comment, other than perhaps dissuading people from throwing away their money (no matter the amount), being misled into false hopes, or lining the pockets of a criminal. That answers your “why do you come here?” question. No further or different justification is required for posting; certainly not satisfaction of your criteria (i.e. “serious investors or ppl interested to invest”). If you disapprove of my comments, then why not offset them some kind of refutation or at least positive reassurance rather than telling me to “go away”.

About Latvia, I use to make transactions with Latvia bank and am very satisfied with them. Now IF Latvia is offshore or NOT, this is NOT the point… you do not bring anything new or any proof that this program is a SCAM… (as you think!).

Of course, you are very welcome to post your comments here but please try to be FAIR and impartial, I have the impression that you (but NOT only you) want to discourage ppl who want to join this program. Your comments are based on your bad experiences and your perception you have about this program but it’s not because you’ve been scammed before that this program is obviously a scam. Give us some FAIR infos if you think GPP is a scam.

It was published in many other places too, now I see that some have canceled it but no problem, next time I’ll publish it in “your” forum.
Fair and impartial: haven’t you read through the two lengthy comments posted to the “reverse pension” thread? The website content I referenced there is impartial, and the inferences I made based on that content are not unfair. My negative appraisal of GPP is based on the persuasive, if incomplete body of information derived from objective sources found in those comments. Until you’ve read through that and offered a compelling explanation demonstrating GPP’s legitimacy, don’t presume to suggest that my disapproval comes as a “result of [my] bad experiences”, as though some personal traumatic HYIP experience has rendered me unable to make a fair merit-based judgment of this program. My personal experience - about which you could know very, very little - has nothing to do with this. I’ve give enough “FAIR infos” to justify my negative perception of GPP. If this negative feeling about the program comes across as wanting to discourage others, all the better: people ought to be discouraged given the information available.
What I have yet to see are “FAIR infos” establishing GPP as a real opportunity. Not surprisingly, the Internet is short on hard data concerning this program and long on MLM gobbledygook, a convoluted program description and most recently, some dubious “secret” payment remittance information from “Stella”. I know, I know: it would compromise the program’s viability if anything substantial about it were revealed. That has always been and remains a very convenient excuse.
Oh how I would love to believe in Global Pension Plan. Much about it iseems just so plausible….but………….

We asked you to keep this one quiet (and spread the word too…duh!) but some of you spoilt it for everyone by querying us with the authorities and now we have been closed down …sadly just as we were about to pay out too! Beyond our control
Then ‘they,’ whoever they are, will not only have a cool 3 million euros but also copies of 100,000 UK passports, drivers licences or birth certificates. All ready for the theft of your identity leading to huge debts you didnt run up and the speedy emptying of your bank balance.
If you have taken a look at the GPP site (I did!) then I urge you to clear your caches, check for spyware and do a deep scan with whatever online protection you use. ‘They’ could already be looking for the passwords to go with that identity proof you might send them. Changing all your passwords isnt too paranoid a course in the circs but its your choice.
If I am wrong then when they do pay out I will dance naked in a Trafalgar Square fountain………which wont be half as humiliating as joining GPP and then getting my friends to come in will prove to be.
There are great opportunities out there. I hope you find one soon.

Just discovered that there are many solid MLMs based in Lichtenstein which is a tax haven (offshore but on the mainland if you see what I mean).
Apologies to them but everything else I said above about GPP stands. IMHO.
I won’t argue against the negative posts above. I just give here the update from Monday 18th June.
The GPP membership has grown to: 61,760 ( 2,120 members in a week). Just 38240 members left but we still need to increase this number to at least 3,000 new members each week to meet the 31st August deadline cause we’re running about 1 month behind schedule and need about 3,365 new members to join each week.
Anyway, even if numbers fall a little short at the end of the deadline (31st August), this plan will come to fruition.

I have a question for you. Someone in a Forum said that the problem with these RPP’s is that they can’t make this legal in all countries. Evidently, he feels that this is a scam but my response to his statement was that I thought the banking solution with the debit card access should work around that formality. What do you think?? Zeus, according to Stella the debit card will be replaced. Right now the Trust Partner company is working on a complete online banking solution which will be offered to the members and is supposed to be accepted in ALL countries. Stella will keep us updated on this development in due time.
One thing is sure: All the funds will be paid out all at once through the Trust Partner company. They won’t use e-gold or any other e-currency for the payouts cause the amount is far too high for them to handle.

Please advise if you are knowledgeable as to how the procedure will play out once the 100,000 members and/or August 31, 2007 is reached. Would all correspondence be by email and will we receive a policy by snail mail which we must sign off ownership of? Also exactly what type of ID will be required by us to send in to prove whom we are?
We understand that this same type of RPP was operated in the past by same group (?) and proved to be successful. You may comment on that if you wish.
We are members of GPP and have positive thoughts for payout once the pertinent conditions of the plan are met.

I was few days on vacation, am back now!
About your questions: Once the target is met, the payout should be completed in about two months (time to verify all documents). I can’t tell you the exact procedure but we’ll be kept inform about this in due time.
It will be required to provide at least a signed agreement, an ID doc. like a ID card, driver license or passport and in order to be paid, your bank account details. A recent bill - where is displayed our current address and phone number - could be also asked and if they judge necessary, other docs could be required at their own discretion.
I’ve heard that many RPP were successful offline but as I don’t have any proof I don’t talk much about this. I don’t know if this group was operating another successful RPP in the past, if it’s the case, they were probably operating offline only.
Launching a program like this online is more difficult. For instance, GPP was launched on the 23rd of May 2005 and have experienced many difficulties like SPAM and DDoS attacks, but all of them have been beaten successfully, for instance: they’ve been attacked last summer and autumn and had to use a different domain extension due to a HUGE DDoS attack.
Now they try to keep a low profile as much as they can. I’ll keep you informed here if I know more.

If you turn 67 at the time the payout proceedings start, you do not qualify for the 55,000 euro but you do qualify for the Loyalty Program Rewards which is all the people that sign up to your reference link. Hope that helps you.

You should also go to the GPP Forum and read the topics there. Stella, the GPP liaison, has already posted info to get everyone ready for the payout proceedings.

No one has gotten paid yet because they have not met the target of 100,000 members but they’re over 85,000 at the moment. Somewhere around mid to late August, I predict that they will meet the target and then they will start the payout proceedings where that will take about 2-3 months and then everyone should get paid in one shot!!

At my last count, the GPP membership is 85,947. GPP needs less than 14,000 new members to meet the 31st August deadline and this is not going to be a problem cause some days there are more than 1,000 members joining!

Maybe some will make bad comments due to those who have been rejected…

I am the oldest memeber since last july 2006 when GPP has grown just 8000 members.now my 4 year old doughter is coming under my reference.
Just waiting to fulfil my dreams ,to build my dream house and to have better standard of living.
It’s posts like abdul’s that make me want to write another “probable scam” post - just to inject some healthy skepticism into the discussion so that the landing will be a little softer if - and mostly likely when - it comes. “My 4 year old daughter”, “Just waiting to fulfil my dreams ,to build my dream house and to have a better standard of living”: all that hope riding on GPP and it is probably going to be shot to hell here in short order.
Agreed, abdul’s post is heartbreaking. If everyone who joined GPP was a jaded, veteran HYIPer, it would be a different story entirely. I’m afraid there are probably way too many “abduls” in this program.
Possible scammer making tons of money aside, all those hopes and dreams will be crushed if GPP doesn’t pay. The tragedy will be emotional rather than financial and the pain far more difficult to deal with as a result.

Virginia, could you give me the link of the GPP website where you saw the 2 programs you’ve listed? Not sure, it’s come from a GPP website.
I’ve never heard about these 2 programs and I don’t think they are affiliated with GPP. Looks like the 2nd program is NOT a RPP (but just an investment program) and both are not registered in the same location than GPP. So be careful!!! Personnally, at the moment, except GPP, I don’t recommend any program on this Blog. Of course, you are free to join any program you wish but use your own DD.
About the access into the GPP website, be aware that at least 100,000 members are trying to access the website at the same time and GPP is also experiencing massive DDoS attacks so logging is going to be more difficult.
Anyhow there are many things you can do to get into your back office:
You can refresh your browser; Re-boot your computer; Delete temporary files from your computer (cookies for instance); Be patient with slow loading pages…let them completely load. If none of the above works, be calm and just keep trying…

The website where these 2 suggested “reliable reverse pension plans” were listed on 8-9-07 is http://www.globalpensionplan.info/. I may have been mistaken to say that it was a GPP website. You will probably know about it once you get into it. Thanks for your concern and help.

Even if these 2 RPPs are listed in the GPP info site doesn’t mean they are affiliated to GPP. In diff forum boards, we used to see a lot hyips that are advertised there cause they are paying for that but normally the forum boards have nothing to do with them and shouldn’t even recommend one of them (I know this rule is not always respected). Anyway, you have to do your own DD at the end.
I’ve re-checked the site: global connect and it looks like something with not very good English is trying to run this RPP and asking for only 10,000 members. This has a “fishy” feel to it, so again I suggest you to be very careful.

Did you ever consider the reason why you can’t find info on these people running this huge scam, because they want to remain hidden from prosecution. People, I am very sad to say that you have been scammed. I’m really quite shocked to see how many of these scams are out there. It seems that all of these reverse pension plans are scams! If this was a true financial tool, why wouldn’t everyone be doing this? Why must it be overseas? Why send money to someone who you have no idea of where they are located? Look at the site in WHOIS.COM. The site has it’s information hidden. Take a look at any other bank anywhere in the world… Meaning REAL BANKS. How many have their site information hidden. How many have only ONE person to handle these millions of dollars? This has proven to be a good scam. A very good scam might I add however. The 2 yrs that this has taken to get together has surely proven to be profitable. Too bad that these scammers could not haveput their intelligence toward something more beneficial

They are preparing the paper-work at the moment and then they are submitted for the fast-track processing. Also building the online-part of the solution is being started shortly. I am not aware of the exact specifications yet, but my humble comment and request was to make it as user-friendly as possible.
The Banking Solution will be a far superior solution to the personal bank account. This will eliminate the fear of having the funds frozen by your local bank because of a sudden sizable deposit, that differs from the normal daily and monthly transactions. A big number of members have contacted us because of this fear, and I must admit it’s for real. The size of the transaction are going to be that big, that as soon as they hit your account, the national central bank will start asking questions. That really isn’t a problem, as the funds are coming from a legal origin, but it’s very trouble-some, frustrating and time-consuming for you. Thus this will be avoided as well as possible.
The Trust Partner has asked me not to close the site, i.e. the sign ups and additional policy purchases until the Banking Solution is ready and is being launched. Hence you can, if you so wish, sign up and buy additional policies without hurry. You can also update the profiles if needed.

About the Banking Solution, I can speculate - like everyone else - that the Banking Solution will be likely located in Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein or Panama because these countries have very strong privacy rules with respect to banking but again the reason they won’t specifically reveal their location is because there are (at least) 100,000 GPP members located overseas and they would all be harrassing the bank for more details, which would likely destroy the program.

All GPP members will not be forced into using the GPP banking solution, as those who prefer their own banking solution will have this option.
All the payouts will be made at the same time, i.e. the Compensations and the Loyalty Program Rewards. This has been the plan since day one.
The failed sign ups will be refunded and adding the failed Additional Policy purchases manually.

GPP appears to have implemented a new security measure where one has to enter the secure pass number before you can access their homepage. I guess this can be seen as an attempt to protect the program and website. Any thoughts?? I know that a while back their site was under heavy DDoS attacks.
Correct Speedster, it’s NOT the 1st time GPP have to face Ddoss attacks so they know how to manage them. The attacks are particularly intense now cause they will close the program to new members at the end of this month and will start the payments soon after the closing.

But it’s not surprising for me: most of the programs online that deliver high returns are criticized. I understand everyone’s anxiety right now having difficulties signing into the GPP website. I have been able to get in but it takes several tries and its been working on and off at different parts of the day. What I suspect is happening right now is that the web site is under heavy DDos attack from people who are trying to bring the program down. After several tries I was able to get in this morning and check out the membership forum but there weren’t any new messages to report. Right now its seems to be hit or miss at being able to log in, but I’m sure that as soon as there are any new updates from Stella they will be posted and that information relayed to this forum. For right now we’ll just have to wait and see.

I am not so concerned about this being a financial scam. I don’t mind losing a few hundred dollars. What does concern me is the horrible dream I had a few weeks ago where someone literally stole my face. What if this was a huge scam for identity theft? especially when providing ID’s such as passports and birth certificates. As I understand it, we are supposed to know the identity of the Trust Partner when we send our documents. Does anyone know this information?
Information put out in the past few months has been quite meager at best. I’d like to have some more solid information about GPP in this ‘windup’ stage. Especially before considering to send personal data.

As I said before, GPP has delayed their payment deadline. They will CLOSE once the GPP banking solution is secured… I guess before the end of this month (but not sure yet).
This may not be a great news for those who are waiting for a long time but know that Stella is currently busy to put in place the Banking Solution, so leave her time to do her job. Meanwhile, go for a walk or do something else cause there’s nothing more to say at the moment.
Again, I will update as soon as I get more infos.
My greatest concern right now is that the GPP website appears to be down and hasn’t been very accessible these last few days nor has there been any update from Stella as to what might be going on. You would think that given this time, when people are starting to have high expectations at the thought of the program finally concluding and paying out, that Stella would try to send word or at least post a statement into the forum explaining what might be currently going on with the website and what the current issues are. Any thoughts???

I’ve just come accross this sit and I must say I find it incredibly strange that so many people who feel this GPP is a scam spend so much time and energy writing these messages of doom. Why are you bothered about it? if you are not involved, why are even reading all the details about it and running it down? You are obviously very sad people with nothing to do with your lives.

when the time comes for the program to be closed out and payments to be made, all members ( all 100,000 ) will be paid out in approximately 20 minutes. That is the time frame I recall from one of the forum messages. If you are indeed a member of GPP, then you’ll know as soon as anyone else whether or not paymemts have been made. But, at this time we’re all waiting for further direction as to when that will happen. Hopefully the Banking solution will be wrapped up soon and we will have further direction shortly.

There is no time frame. The pay-out could be in the end of march. But it could also happen in August. We don’t know.

We cannot copy and paste the update but this is the summary: In the Member Agreement, members can cross off their personal banking details if they’ve already filled this in because ALL members will now be paid through the GPP banking solution but there are still no time frame for payments.

That is the mystery question that has us all wondering at the moment. My feelings are that we’re looking at weeks rather than days at the moment. Hopefully lines of communication will remain open and we’ll receive regular updates in the forum to help us all gage the time frame better rather than letting it all go toward suspician.
I second what Speedster says. Again there’s NO timeframe but I know that Stella is working on the Banking Solution to put everything in place and am sure there are some progresses.
The last important update was about the simplification of the payout, everyone will be paid via the GPP offshore banking solution otherwise it would be a nightmare to access over 100,000 different payment systems.

Thats a good question that I’m sure has crossed the minds of many people. My personal speculation is that they need to get the banking solution and all the “red tape” that goes along with it lined up first. At the moment we don’t know if we will physically be sending the documents somewhere or if they will be somehow sent in electronically. The banking solution and all the legalize needs to be set up first, otherwise it is a mute point sending any documentation in. Sending in documentation now would sort of be like putting the cart before the horse so to speak. GPP needs to make sure that everything is all set before they start requesting documentation. They only want to request documentation once, and have to make sure everything is legally correct and set up before they do so.

according to the canadian goverment the man in charge of gpp was arrested i my self im a member and jus found this out there are many people who are in on it but bottom line is that we all got played as fools, he was found with over 150,000 thousand dollars cash and over a million in a off shore account.

Things have been kinda confusing from the begining, and even more so now! We have been running on the “Hope” of GPP and what was promised comes true. But who do you believe now that the GPP site was “compromised” on 04/17/08, and our names and email addresses were “stolen and used” by someone not of GPP??!!!

one woman of my downline changed her email-address after gpp has switched the domain from globalpensionplan to globalpp. the mass emails arived in her mail-account connected to the old email.
the downline, that has been shown by the biz site, has been incomplete. all new partners, i added this year are not shown there.
globalpensionplan has been hosted in california. globalpp is actualy somewhere in asia. the biz-site has been hosted in california, too.
maybe (and it is a huge maybe) one of the employees of the californian hoster has made a copy of the site…

When I started this thread (GPP) on NoBS over the past 2 years, I didn’t expect this program would be – if NOT the most – at least one of the most discussed programs on NoBS.
Maybe my mistake was to believe that GPP would pay enough FAST and NOT delaying their payouts over and over again (but don’t get me wrong, I still believe GPP will pay one day).

you could try this email addy: global.member.support@googlemail.com, but as you may know Stella is very busy (and should have a bunch of emails waiting for her), so just be patient! I know they are still upgrading their site so if, from time to time, you can’t log in, you don’t have to worry! Anyway, it won’t be a problem to receive your payout.

About ASD (AdSurfDaily) I posted, pls, don’t yiell scam without knowing this program. Let me tell you one thing: this program has been around almost 2 years and still paying. Andy Bowdoin, the CEO is a well-know and reputable person, he runned many other successful businesses like Cell-phone when they first came on the scene and he developed the GPS. His company is legally verified and registered with a physical address (he shows the proof, on request, for the members only). His own lawyer, was an agent of the SEC few years ago (I mean if he was a scammer why he would hire a former agent of the SEC???).
Bowdoin is very accessible, you can meet him at any meetings, conventions, conference calls,… that they are organising regularly (my Upline met Andy and talked to him face to face). During the last Tampa Convention, there were 3000 participants (yeeessss… 3000 eye witnesses). A man who spoke at the convention works for an agency that does deep criminal background checks for government agencies. He originally had done a check on Andy Bowdoin before his involvement with ASD and the ONLY thing he could find out about Andy, was a speeding ticket that was on his record years ago. This same man now is heading up the new compliance division of ASD.
But that’s not all: On June 16, Andy Bowdoin, was not on the webroom call… and guess why?… because he was in Washington, DC. He was at a Business Achievement Awards dinner with President Bush. I mean Andy in the Whitehouse, receiving a lifetime business man award. The Vice President Cheney giving out this award to him… Could you imagine? I don’t think they would be handing out this award to someone running a ponzi scheme.
So DougE, I sum up again: The admin is visible, there’s a physical address, backup business structure, detailled investments, pofessional and costly script websites, a lawyer who was working for the SEC, a verification of the business from a federal criminal agent, award from the white house, etc…
As I said once, ASD has the lowest risk factor for your funds that I have seen in a long time, maybe EVER.

Ben sieglar is locked up for stealing our money and lying to us and I really think Stella is in on the scam too . please do not invest anymore money with these people . God will expose and deal with these scammers.
I along with several others invested money in this back in October. At the time I thought it was something that had to be done right away or that we would miss out. I have found out enough since then to know this is nothing but a scam.
Luc you sound like a good guy, but come on! I have written to that email address since November and have never gotten a response. With the arrest of Ben Siegler, Stella and company will never be heard from again.

I can’t believe that they are still asking for neww sign-ups. I can’t go to someone and say well they haven’t paid me but you should still invest. Suggestion pay us our money before you ask for any new members.

This means the last two weeks have brought in 3440 new sets of documents! These figures are highly encouraging! Extremely well done, thank you! If we now keep up the good work, we will without a doubt reach…
The Final Deadline: 31st of January 2009
During the last week and half we have been closely in touch with the insurance company and the financier of this project and agreed the final deadline to be set on the above mentioned date. The current turbulent financial climate has created a great pressure to finish the program as soon as possible. This date is absolute and means, that we MUST reach the initially set target of 100.000 qualified members. Otherwise the program closes without payout.
Hence, we keep the email address open for the incoming sets of documents (ID copy and the Membership Agreement), as well as the sign up form open for new sign ups.
We have absolutely no possibility to keep waiting for the documents only from the current members. That’s too unstable and dangerous for the success of GPP. At that point it doesn’t matter if we succeed because of the burst of new members, or the activation of the current ones. The only figure that matters right now is 23.999! That’s how many sets of documents are still to be delivered!
Some members have been confused and found it dramatic that our forum has been taken down and replaced by the simple message board. The reason for this action was the countless login problems when members trying to access the forum through the member area. We have absolutely no resources dealing with these minor issues, which are not taking us any closer to the payout. All possible resources have been tied up with the insurance company to check and cross-check the documents. Another reason for removing the actual discussion forum was the security and disinformation problems. Some outsiders had gained access there and were sabotazing our memberbase by publishing absolute rubbish causing confusion and panic.
Email support has been reduced to the lowest possible level because of the reasons mentioned above, i.e. all the resources has been concentraded on processing the documents.
Please note the decreased sign up fee of 20EUR!

This has been going on from early 2007 and dead lines have come and gone. I dont care about losing the money I put in to this scam already. I just want to know who or where my personal information went to. Think about it guys,if you were to run a scam wouldn’t this be a perfect one? Get people to put in money, then tell them theres not enough people signed up,or the documants are not filled out corectly. We need to extend the dead line. How would we know for sure if they did or didn’t reach a 100,000 members. Know one knows for sure.
New deadline ,january 31,2009 if not met with 23000 members still needed with ids to close it,they will close the program with no payout.If this is true and gpp is for real I dont understand why they dont swallow a few thousand dollars and have 23000 members sign up a free member.They would close this in a week .They basically have been paid for those members anyway

If Global Pension Plan is really a scam they will be found out. GPP/Stella you need to return peoples’ monies to them if there is no payout. People work too hard for their monies to have some unknown money grabbers just take it like that. I know of people who actually borrowed money in order to buy policies. If the Berlin wall came down then rest assured that those responssible for this scam if it is a scam will be found out and punished. The love of money is the root of all evil.
I am a new mwmber, and didn’t think of looking up to see if a BLOG was out there on GPP. I was a little shaken by some of the comments. 100,00 is not a lot of people and if taken into consideration the number of additional policies that were sold, then 100,000 is a dwarfed number. What is the real objective 100,000 people or 100,000 number of policies. Lets get on with it.
Who is to know. If there was a real problem, google would have kick them off of the search information capability. Also the CIA closely monitors monies being moved and the destenation of the monies, this for obvious reasons. If they were allowed to continue, then one must wait and see. High returns are possible in bank trade programs, is this where the money is being places? Who knows, as long as they are there they have been permitted to continue. Any country, especiaslly the US can interupt this kind of operation at anytime. From what I can understand this has been going on since 2007, we are now 5 months away from 2010. Go figure!!

Collin, I’ve heard there are investigations on this program that’s why I think this program is currently DEAD (and this, even if they want you to believe they are still alive). But unlike what most ppl said, i still believe it was NOT a scam. It was a trustworthy and reliable program (in the beginning at least) but this program - probably - turned to scam at the end cause the naysayers messed up everything (they called the authorities to investigate, etc… instead to be patient!).
I don’t regret to create this thread few years ago cause GPP was doing GREAT in the beginning and if I had to do it again, I would do it again for sure… NO PROBLEM!!!

If GPP is a scam, the scammers might have our monies at present but in the end their lives as always will turn our to be a “Living Hell” for users and cheaters all ways loose in the end, thats one cycle of life at that one cannot change, as gain the world and loose your soul, is it really worth it ? We all should be ashamed, there are children without food, water or roof over their head, and all we wanted was more money to buy more thing with. No, next time someone tries to fool me, that wont happen so esily, and I will think twice. Better to give the money to charity instad, at least you know that the money will be well spent!
