And if you think I’ve given up on my funds with Club-FX, the answer is a strict no.

I’ve contacted Peter Buchner via his personal email and ask of him to come online to look for me via MSN. I do have his personal contacts as well which I will be making a call pretty much soon if he doesn’t responds to me.

Personally I do have some of his documents, but it’s not ethical of me to share it with anyone else. I gladly still treasure the mentorship of Pete whom took his time to teach me forex for the past few months and will still keep his identity confidential; unless he goes MIA.

The funds lost can be written off, if the account is really hacked; at least proof must be shown. Pete, if you’re reading this, please contact me.

As with Jude, I was also privy to several months of private discussions with Peter about forex trading. There were times when I made such stupid mistakes in trading and he was always there to encourage me and give me sound advice.

That is why this is so frustrating for me. I thought I got to know the real Peter and the one I know just would not have done this. The Peter I know just doesn’t seem like someone who would take the money and run.

Come on Peter prove that both Jude and me are right. Show us how you were hacked.

I hope he proves you and Jude and all the admiring horde at Golden Talk right.

However, he has not been heard from in the forum for days now. Maybe he ought to be given a deadline.

I understand that the reason Troy Bank investors got some of their money back was because it was sued. I think this is the next logical move to consider in PeterB’s case given the fact that his personal information is known by a number of people including Jude. It’s time to stop treating dishonest people with kid gloves.

I agree with the last paragraph, litigation is a blunt tool but what is the point of due diligence with out the threat of it? It will send a a strong message to other HYIP groups, prove who you are and were you are and show how we can get to you BEFORE we will even look at what you have to offer.

Of course it needs to be handled correctly, some where like here or Hans G is a good place for new programs to be reviewed and there details checked and logged.

As for Peter, as a innocent victim of a “hack” he will be keen to prove his innocence’s to his peers so as to avoid nasty people who go bump in the night looking for him.

Let this be a lesson for the future scammers out their, your days are numbered, the line in the sand starts here.

“I did give all the evidence that people are asking for. I sent out many e-mails of the screen shots, I posted an e-mail I received from e-gold about it, Jude has seen me trade, hell, we exchanged screenshots of live trades while I was getting him going, I faced all the pressure from everyone when it would have been very easy to just run and not look back, I’m still here… doesn’t that in itself say something. Yet everything I gave was not good enough.

I know what will happen now if i give any more. It will somehow be twisted to make me look like i did something wrong, I never lost the money as I have been accused of doing… IT WAS STOLEN…. and now on top of my own losses (which are more than everyone elses here) I am still organising more money to make sure that you don’t lose (even my worst critics).

What’s it going to take…. You might as well stop asking, because the only evidence that I’m going to give you now is the gold back into your account. The wheels are in motion and I should be trading again within the next two weeks, which means that the refunds will start next month.

I’ve said that I’m going to trade us out of this, I’m using MY own assets to do that, so no one is going to lose anything, so why do you carry on badgering me. Enough already… get over it and wait for your refund.

I’ve got to the point now where i’m afraid to post here anymore because everything i say is pulled apart and miss quoted here and in other forums and i’m made to look like I ripped everyone off. I never ripped anyone off at all. I am also a victum here remember, and i’m about to suffer more losses paying everyone back for something that was stolen from me. How much further can I go.

I won’t be responding to any more of this nonsense, I’ll be posting updates about refunds and talking to people here who want to talk about the recovery, every time I think I’m over it myself I come here and get dragged right back.

I want to put it behind me now and move on, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do, I am working toward the refunds and that’s what i’m going to look at, I’m looking forward now, from here on out we go forwards… I’m tired of being dragged backwards, picked apart, sworn at and called all sorts of things that I can’t even mention here.

I’m doing what I said I would, I’ve organised some startup capitol again, it will be in trade soon, I’m going to trade as I did before and everyone will get all their e-gold back, and from my point of view the sooner the better.”

The above was posted by PeterB at the Golden Talk forum recently. I’m very interested to hear what Jude’s reply is.
