Hello All,
Some additional information is available on e-gold (see post below). This document illustrates e-gold’s prior and continued commitment to operating a legal and ethical business today, in the future and everyday over the past ten years. I suggest anyone using e-gold or interested take a good look.
Myself and many others have discussed the situation over the past few days and we are putting our full support behind the company and principles. I would hope you will also.

Good job on the vid, sorry I couldn’t figure it out!
After seeing the video from the hearing regarding e-gold/Omnipay there is no doubt e-gold will loose the case (and i’m sure Dr. Jackson already relized it). The verdict was already made before the case began and not even the best lawyers could change anything about it. That’s the sad part of bureaucracy and hierarchycal state power (US speciality).
USA is a dream country - where everyone has a dream but only the chosen ones (sometimes lucky ones) can realize them. In order you could stay in your business, you have to have good contacts in government. That is why politics were made - to keep the chosen ones in the business
Mr.Jackson is a libertarian. It is a strong current in US which believes that new world order is bad for society as a whole (very synthetic definition). And maybe that could be the hidden reason why e-gold (Mr. Jackson) is so strongly attacked from the side of government.
I wouldn’t jump to conclusions so quickly like that. I think after watching the video that e-gold’s case is even stronger… it showed clearly that the government prosecutors had no clue about the functioning of e-gold and how it works… and were simply pushing their case about anonymity and ‘funding’ the bad guys… without really tying it back to e-gold.
The question is… will the Courts understand how e-gold works well enough to make a good decision.
