Anyone can make up a site like that.
You can get some info about this case from eurogoldsales (which doesn´t have to mean anything I must admit). 
I think eurogoldsales demanded some documents from him which he did not deliver, something like that.</description>

		<description>yes Icegold is so very popular they can only open outexchanges for less than an hour each day. At Goldexchange.eu it takes a few hours or sometimes a few days before they close it again. Thats because they still have a lot less clients.</description>
