Heating Up - Debate on XLOTwo and CSATM

Things are heating up between Andy and our bunch of regular members at NN on the legitimacy of CSATM as well as his new modelled surf XLOTwo.
Though I would like to seperate the two entity when it comes to discussion, but it sem XLOTwo only accepts CSATM, which is a baby of Andy’s as well. Personally I wouldn’t be interested in any of his ventures because of past experiences with TheFinerThings (None with XLO for me) with the abrupt ending.
I’m not sure whether he made the right choice by resurrecting with another program instead of concentrating on marketing his new payment processor without considering the aftermath of XLO and TheFinerThings

Color me stupid … but I thought CSATM is a storage sort of place and not an actual payment processor, and therefore, not subject to those laws?
Also, if it’s not based anywhere in the USA, including it’s servers, I also thought they were exempt from the USA money transmitting laws?
Did I miss something somewhere?

Dolphin, you’re anything but stupid. Curt is 100% right about CSATM being an unlicensed money transmitter, and CSATM was created as a “skim” for Andy’s new ponzi schemes.
If you want to know what scams to avoid, just check TDinoz’s blog or go read ASA forums and see what Jake is currently pimping. Anything either of them are promoting, run away from as fast as you can. Especially Jake Amedee.
Remember, Jake from ASA was recently promoting Jack Cobb’s scams, he was promoting Bob Krimm, and he has actively promoted every major scammer in the last year. Jake has profited immensely while his downlines were suckered out of their money because they were stupid enough to watch his cheesy videocasts and follow him into the murky waters for the sharks and pirhanas to tear them apart.
He is now pumping Andy on ASA, so no need for me to say any more. You’ve been warned.

I’ve stated on my own blog that my feelings for Andy are mixed …
Speaking of mixed, I hear mixed reviews of CSATM. Mark of DMW seems to like the concept of CSATM …
STP and AP are based outside the USA while doing business with people in the USA but appear, at this time, to be exempt from the money transmitting laws. So that’s where my thinking came from .. along those lines.
I’m not currently in much at the moment as it is … gotten tired of the scams, but still keeping one foot in, one foot out (and dancing all about ala hokey pokey lol) …

Curt an Dave. If Alertpay are OK and Solid Trust Pay are OK then why is CSATM not OK.
Additionally CSATM at NO TIME receives currency. OR Wires Or Ecurrency.
Could you please elaborate fully as to why you think it is not legal. Other processors following the current setup ARE.
CSATM is an evolution of the e-gold model, with additional benefits to the people who use it in that the assets stored in the system are not held in any one central location.
As for Jake pumping me on ASA if you could show me where that would be good.

IF you had not run scams in the past and present, then we might take a serious look at CSatm. However, you have already damaged your reputation. Someone who runs scams is a scammer. Scammers lie. Therefore, it is difficult, if not impossible, to believe anything you say or do.
Perhaps if you refunded everyone you scammed in the past and shut down all of your present scams with refunds AND explained/apologized to everyone, then CSatm might have a chance. However, I doubt it.
It takes a lifetime to build a reputation and a minute to destroy it.

I’ve used CSATM several times. It works fine.
In my opinion, admins would do well to at least look into it, without any “Andy baggage”…lol….coloring their judgment. The decision about CSATM should be made on its own merits as an online cash system.
CSATM is a no-brainer from a business perspective. It offers a flexible, cost effective option for both admins and end users.
I lost a bit of money in TFT but that has not stopped me from joining
Surf Now. I was in XLO for 12 months, was able to cash out every day if I wanted and I look forward to repeating that experience in Surf Now.
Do I think Andy is a scammer? No. A gambler? Maybe. He admits he made bad decisions with TFT. The only question is: has he learned from it? I hope so.

Anyone who has been dealing with Andy at XLO or over a period of time through his forum will know that not to be the case. Andy had plenty of chances to walk away with the loot and he never did.
I don’t blame Andy for selling XLO to Bob Krimm. If I had been the owner of
TFT at the time and had a viable site like XLO, and had been given an offer to buy it from someone who at the time was still considered the king of paid autosurfs, I would have sold it too.

The plain, simple truth is that Andy knowingly ran 2 ponzis and is now running another all the while trying to mislead people into believing that they are legitimate programs. The fact that he is doing this makes him a scammer. By the way, yes he could have ran with the money at any time. What he choose to do, was wait till he received the most amount of deposits and then he took the “loot.”
