    Thanks to gaby on NN,

Well here is the latest on EBL.

The new site has been postponed for 90 days, due to some issues.
The current site will re-open friday 20-july, for new registrations and deposits to a single new PLP 120 days plan.

For details you can read the announcement on the forum.

Update: EarnByLoaning is open for registration. The new, interim 120 day plan will be open this weekend.

Not only the new site has been postponed also my payment that I should have received 5 july …

    2. Gravatar Icon 2 Jude

      Tried contacting the admin?

      Hi Julian,

I agree with Jude that the first thing to do would be to contact EBL staff. You can email them, talk to them on skype, and/or PM them in the EBL forum. In addition, at least one of them is a member of NoBS Network Forum. I can’t remember which one, but if you look through the EBL thread it’s pretty easy to spot them and you can PM them from there.

In addition, if you made your request on July 1st or later, then it was after they announced that new members, new loans and withdraws were temporarily suspended. They were reopened just under a week ago on July 2oth. So, it is highly likely that your request got caught in all the behind-the-scene movement.

Also, is the amount of withdraw within the terms of the agreement that you signed and within the terms of service that you agreed to? The method used to fund your loan in the first place is a consideration, too. There is a new ruling on the EBL forum that they are no longer doing exchanges between payment and withdrawing methods.

Anyway, the staff at EBL should be able to clear it up for you fairly quickly. Make sure that you let them know the details of where the funds came from that you are withdrawing (loan data, commission information, etc.) Please let us know what your experience is after contacting them.

      JMO,
      Sharon

Sharon, I believe you are confusing the currency exchange feature with internal transfers between members. Until recently, EBL allowed you to transfer funds directly from your account to another member’s account. This has been discontinued due to fears of potential money laundering.

But I haven’t seen anything on either the new or old forum about members no longer having the ability to exchange one currency for another in their available balance. That option is still available on the website after logging in.

Thank you, Rico! It looks like I misread the update. I appreciate the clarification. :)

I have read on Talkgold and MMG that people got scammed.

    7. Gravatar Icon 7 sharonsopinion

      Hi Ellery,

Yes, I saw those posts. Did you also noticed that the couple of people are new the the forums? Usually newbies that post like that are long-time trolls that create new IDs on a regular basis. It could very well be that the couple of posters are all the same person.

I have no clue as to their motives, but my speculation is that they are:
      a) Paid by other program admins or are other program admins sent to try to discredit successful programs.
      b) Someone who tried to get EBL to pay them to make good posts and decided to make bad posts when they were turned down.
      c) Uninformed on how EBL works and are trying to remove funds that they haven’t earned, yet.
      d) People who get their jollies by going around posting that they haven’t been paid, even though they never even registered.

Did you notice that there are lots of posts by people who are heavily involved with EBL, have had great customer service from EBL support and post details about getting paid? Those potshot posts have no meat. They are simple one-liners. When asked about detail and/or what happened when they tried to get support from EBL, instead of a public forum, they disappear. Newbie, one-line posts, who disappear when called out about their posts are the mark of fake posts. MMG and TG are both filled to the brim with fake posters.

I do not believe them. I agree with the remarks in a comment on TG, http://talkgold.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2040327&postcount=423. Also, here is EBL’s support staff’s response http://talkgold.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2045173&postcount=460. So far I am pleased with my EBL experience.

      Sharon

Update: EBL has found a programmer and has them under contract. The ETA for launch is Oct. 1st. Please note that the date is estimated!

    9. Gravatar Icon 9 Rico

      Sharon,

Has the October 1st ETA date been announced in the forum?

      HI Rico,

I didn’t find it at the forum and I don’t know if it is there or not. They posted it at TalkGold. http://talkgold.com/forum/showpost.php?p=2045173&postcount=460

I have read that EBL is under investigation by the authorities, be carefull

    12. Gravatar Icon 12 Rico

      Ellen,

I don’t know where you read that, but they are definitely NOT under investigation by the authorities. Sharon, please back me up on this.

      Rico

    13. Gravatar Icon 13 sharonsopinion

      Hi Ellen,

Where did you read that? Was the source reliable? Did you find the information on an official site, like the SEC’s site?

There has been a smear campaign started against EBL, because they refuse to pay the extortionists that want to be paid to vote and post good things. So, it all depends on the reliability of your source as to whether I’ll believe it or not.

      Thanks,
      Sharon

      Hi Sharon,
Yes they are certainly not happy that we will not pay them to lie.
Also the Scam Hyip’s. Not All, but most don’t like EBL as we are stopping people from depositing money with them. They are not happy because they can not scam people.
and.. No we are not under any type of SEC investigation.
      lol
The IRS will love us as we report to them at tax time.

      Troy.

      HI Rico,

You and I must have been typing a response at the same time! GMTA :)
      Hi Troy,

Thank you very much for coming here to respond!

      To everyone else:

Yes, I realize that you can’t believe everything admin/staff say, however, in this case I chose to believe until proven otherwise. It’s not only that I’ve invested with EBL, it is also how upfront they’ve been.

I do believe that EBL is a real opportunity, rather than a ponzi scheme. I also believe that they are outside of the SEC’s jurisdiction according to current rules. If I thought for an instant that they were a ponzi and/or illegal, I would not have loaned them my hard-earned money. I am through with ponzis!

If it turns out that I’m wrong, I will pull my funds and let everyone know.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    16. Gravatar Icon 16 Julian

      Jude,

I have sent different email’s without a response.
When I called ,they hung up the phone on me.
And now the website is offline, it looks my money is gone

    17. Gravatar Icon 17 sharonsopinion

      Hi Julian,

      Please read http://hyipblog.nobshyip.net/2007/07/31/earnbyloaning-ddos-attack/

While a site (and this goes for any site) is under a DDoS attack, the site email is unavailable. So, support is not getting your email.

I’m not sure about your comment that they hung up the phone on you. Please email me the phone number that you used and I’ll give it a try. Is there a chance that you mis-dialed or have a wrong number?

However, here are some things you can do…
      - Join their new forum and ask your question in a comment or PM.
      - Look for them on Skype. Because Troy and Kerry are half-way around the world from each other, usually one of them is always on Skype.
      - Respond to the email that they sent last night. It is a different email address than the site.
      - Email me at sharonsopinion and I will contact them with your email address and your issue, if you wish.

Your money is not gone. Loans are continuing to earn during the DDoS attack.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    18. Gravatar Icon 18 Marlon

      Julian,

Was it that Troy dude that hung up the phone on you ?
I get no explanation why I was not paid on 17 july

    19. Gravatar Icon 19 sharonsopinion

Hmmmm, Julian didn’t email me. The same offer goes to you, Marion.

So far, there are no confirmed cases of payment, email, phone, and/or customer support problems. Not one of these so-called problems have posted in the EBL forum. According to Troy, no one making these posts have contacted him or Kerry for support.

So, I speculate that the posts are fake or from people who don’t even bother to contact support (email, skype, EBL chat room, PM on EBL forum, or PM on NoBS Network forum) or from people who don’t read/understand the rules. If there are a few unresolved problems, then we should see negative posts on the EBL forum (new or old.) EBL does not remove negative comments, but if they did then we would see posts about it.

The bottom line is that you are responsible for believing what you want about EBL. If you decide or don’t decide to loan EBL your hard money, it won’t impact EBL either way. I’m just stating my opinion, but you are responsible for making your decision.

      JMO,
      Sharon

I have “invested” with different HyIp programs and lost money.
I believe EBL is not different from all those Ponzi programs

If it really was not a ponzi, then EBL would not be on all those ponzi websites but advertise in serious financial magazines, websites.

      just my 2 cents.

    21. Gravatar Icon 21 sharonsopinion

      Hi Matt,

What makes EBL different is the legal contract for each loan and the fact that they were investigated by PayPal and found to be acceptable for use. In addition, they were investigated by a third-party, independent, financial institution for long term viability and passed with flying colors.

Add to all of that the fact that they guarantee repayment of each loan in their TOS. I’ve only ever seen one other program, which happens to be a real opportunity, actually give a guarantee of payment. All of the ponzi sites have language in their TOS that returns are not guaranteed. It’s how they get away with stealing your money when they close.

      So, yes, EBL is different.

EBL does not do any advertising whatsoever. All advertising is word of mouth. So, what you’re seeing is the efforts of people that have loaned EBL money. You may be wondering why they don’t advertise. It is because all loans are private, unsecured transactions and soliciting to borrow unsecured funds is illegal. Therefore, they do not do any advertising.

      JMO,
      Sharon

      Hi Sharon,
We have seen so many untruths over the past week that we are just ignoring them now.
Allot of you guys from the NoBs forum know us and have spoken to us.
I think the members know by now that these posts are false.
We do not hang up on people.
We find it funny that these statements are made but no exact details or times are given.
We are on skype and if anyone who said they have a problem needs to contact us then we welcome Sharon to get on a 3 way skype call with you and find out exactly what the problem is, if there even is one.
We had a DDOS attack on the site and yes, some emails may have not come through.
But that does not stop them from coming to the forum or ringing us on skype.
So, the members above who claim they have an issue, jump on a 3 way call with a support member and Sharon and lets sort it out, because we can 100% guarantee you that we will never or have never hung up on anyone.
      Why would we!
What is sad is that these people making false posts are hurting honest decent people.
By putting down honest programs, some people will go to the scams, especially newbies to the net.
We have all been there and we will continue to help as much as we can.
Here is to a long EBL future.

      Kindest Regards
      Troy

      @ Sharonsopinion

What is the name of that third-party ,financial, independent institution ?

How can the loans of EBL be private when you are
present on a public medium as the internet ??!!

    24. Gravatar Icon 24 Troy

The loans are a private transaction between Quest/EBL and the person.
Just because a company has a web presence means nothing.
We are not actively going out and advertising as a company.
      Regards
      Troy

    25. Gravatar Icon 25 sharonsopinion

      HI Elvis,

The financial institution is Pensco Trust.

I didn’t say that the program is private. I said that the loans are private. Troy explained it better than I did.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    26. Gravatar Icon 26 Julian

      Marlon,

Yes, it was a Troy who hang up on me !

Those guys have no business ethics whatsoever :0((

I don’t know where they are located or what is the idendity of them

      What can I do ?

    27. Gravatar Icon 27 sharonsopinion

Ummm, Julian, you forgot to change your IP address. You used that IP address to comment as Matt. The other one you used was for Patrick, Julian and Marlon. And let’s not forget the one you used for Ellen and Harry!

If you’re going to leave multiple comments with different usernames, then you need to keep which one you use for which name straight. ROFL

To Everyone Else: I tracked the IP address of all of the comments in this article and in the DDoS article, that are negative, to the same person. This confirms my speculation that EBL is under attack.

      JMO,
      Sharon

    28. Gravatar Icon 28 calilist

      Sharonsopinion,

What is the IP-address of that person ?

    29. Gravatar Icon 29 ardeman

      Hi Sharon,

Could you please share what other program your referring to that guarantees payment, besides EBL?

Thank you, have a wonderful day!

      Ardeman

    30. Gravatar Icon 30 sharonsopinion

      HI Calilist,

No, I’m sorry, but I won’t give out an IP address. They only way I’d give one out is by court order.

      HI Ardeman,

Sure, just shoot me an email.
