If you are a current existing Legisi member, which has turned private few months back, I’d like to reiterate that members or moderators here at Nobullshit Network are not simply Legisi bashers. Arguments like these in forums are pretty much common. Either participate, be civil and live with it, else step aside, take a breath and forget about what you are reading if you don’t agree.

There are always two sides, namely existing members who are in the program already, happy with them and forming opinions from their experiences. The other being non-members who are waiting to join or side step from this particular one because of their own formed opinions.

Existing members who are happy with a particular program since it’s paying regularly will usually share their joyful experiences of being paid on the dot, conversations and even meet up experiences with the administrators. That’s a good since there are people on the other side still forming their opinions whether to join or not to and they’re reading all the good things that are happening. Little do the existing members know that when they’re sharing all the good experiences, they’re unintentionally cheer leading for the administrator for the program.

No don’t get me wrong, if this is for something that is good and beneficial for everyone, I don’t see why it is bad to do so.

Non-members who’ve formed opinions on their own base on their own experiences and logic shares their different views and reasons why they’re not joining. Every opinions has different tone when they are being shared in forums or any form of discussions, and anyone might read it differently. This is where people gets mistaken for being ‘the evil ones who thinks he/she knows it all’ from time to time.

This confuses potential investors since they have been reading the good stuff that the existing members have shared. That’s where personal due diligence and mature discussions has to be exercised. Sharing opinions and facts should be prioritized rather than unimportant flamings spewing fire from one member to another.

I find this entry on NN by mbongwe the most reasonable and sensible (thank you opie)

Picard, I did not mean that the website should be fancy at all. My question is why people believe everything just because there is a website who says it. Why they believe that just because a company is registered, it makes the profits it claims to.

In the HYIP business everything which is not proven, is scam. If you have not learn that for the last few years, I am sorry about you.

“The longer this thing keeps paying, more silly you guys look bashing this thing.”

People told me I looked silly when I was warning about FXIG, FeederFund, Udachu, MPDW, IT4US, KUM and many many more, because they were paying. See where are all these great programs with great DD now.

The days when I was going to long forum discussions to explain why you can’t prove a HYIP is scam before is stops paying and why everything is scam unless proven otherwise are gone. When you see my warning, take it or leave it, it’s up to you. I am not going to beat the same horse again and again.

But the things like “I’ve met the admin”, “They are registered company”, “There is great DD” have been seen many times before and never helped. Been there, done that.

When something does not make business sense, it’s a scam no matter how good DD is there on it or how long it pays. Ask youself if Legisi offer makes business sense to you.

Just read the interview I had with Greg, see the CNN article about them and look the moves and changes done. Form your own opinions from these for Legisi.

Join in the Discussion on Nobsnetwork, whether you’re a fan or anti-Legisi. Every little bit of thoughts and facts shared helps.

“I find this entry on NN by mbongwe the most nonsensical.”

Hey, boss. I think maybe you meant to say it’s the most reasonable and sensible? :)

    2. Gravatar Icon 2 mbongwe

      Wow, I hope so ;)

    3. Gravatar Icon 3 Jude

LOL my bad. I’m editing this now.

Legisi is a closed program. So, if you’re in and happy then yahoo. If you’re not in and happy then yahoo. What’s the use of trying to justify either position at this point? Ain’t nobody new getting in (unless they’re doing it via “proxy” through an already existing member) so what need is there for the “outsiders/naysayers” to further voice any negative opinion and what need is there for the “insiders” to further “cheerlead”.

I’m not saying whether I’m in or out - but I am happy…. Yahoo!

The opinions of justifying can be applied to any other programs, not only Legisi.

But good for you that you’re happy Scott, cheers ;)

And let’s not forget that being closed for new members does not mean that old members can’t invest more. Some of them have formed their opinion, but others still wonder what to do.
      I am happy too… Google! :D

Jude - Noted, but the justification process, etc. has been beat to death - IMHO. You take your hard earned money and give it to total strangers with no guarantees, protections, etc. That’s the underlying theme of it all. Is there really any true “justification” for that? I haven’t seen anything in my two years of dabbling that could be used as any form of “key indicator” one way or another as far as “feel good” justification. I know there’s the traditional “red flags”, etc. but pertaining to that I would again reference giving your money to complete strangers…. I don’t think a flag gets any more red. Again, just my opinion. Thanks.

ScottT, i understand the feeling that you have. I think we’ve been around long enough and that’s the kind of mixed feelings you get since there’s no sure indicators. Still difference in opinion isn’t a bad thing, point taken and thank you.

Different opinions are a wonderful thing. Backing up your opinion with facts is even better. It gives someone trying to make a decision a broader view.

What isn’t necessary is bashing someone for having a different opinion. We’re all here because of our interest in the HYIP arena. We are at different levels of understanding and have different experiences. Who is right and who is wrong? That can’t be answered until something definitive happens to a program. Can complete opposite opinions on the same topic both be right to some degree? Yep! Most answers fall somewhere in between the two extremes of opinions.

The bottom line is that voicing opinions on programs and those who run them, especially if you state facts to back up your opinion, is a good thing. Bashing each other for what is said is a bad thing. And as my forum signature says… Good Behavior = Good Results; Bad Behavior = Bad Results.

This isn’t the first or last time that discussion of a moot topic persists long after it becomes moot. Odd as it may seem at first glance, though, not everyone wants to *accomplish something* through discussion, even if their comments seem intent on persuasion; i.e. critical or laudatory. For some, lively discussion or debate - and gratification of their ego through argument - is the end to achieve, rather than the means to achieving some other end. In the world of HYI, a program with Legisi’s profile is the exception rather than the rule and so people will continue debating its legitimacy and speculating about its eventual demise, not caring one wit whether it is open or closed to new membership.

      Hey Andrew! ;)

    12. Gravatar Icon 12 babble

This is all a bunch of BS,
just like the name of the site.

      Greg is an A Hole,.
      low class or no class,
      as he vacations in Cancun,
which is a no class place.
That is the best he can do?

    13. Gravatar Icon 13 Jude

babble, where are you standing? you get the point of this article?

    14. Gravatar Icon 14 makila

      According to Steve : hywd.info/article825_In-Focus -Legisi,-The-Next-To-Go-Down.html

      And according to Cattyshaq :
      www.cattyshaq.com/forum/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=52091

Legisi had 3 e-gold accounts frozen, Greg did not tell anyone and just kept accepting investments. Now who is the scumbag here?

    15. Gravatar Icon 15 andrewunknown

Hey Jude! I’m a little late replying, but lost track of this comment thread until Makila posted. I’ll have to stop into the forum and over at the blog to catch up on all things forex-related with you. Until then, happy hunting for pips!

    16. Gravatar Icon 16 Jude

woot, but of course andrew. I’ll see you there ;)

    17. Gravatar Icon 17 Legisi???

Legisi is down for the count. They are being investigated by the SEC and a meeting is scheduled for January 2008. Greg’s Lawyers told him not to post anything on the Legisi forum (he hardly ever posted before). Nobody has received any payments since Aug 2007. Mazu jumped ship in August (they were part of it).

It was very easy to seee from the start that Legisi was a scam.
Only an idiot would lend money to a website such as theirs.
And that photo of Greg Mcknight, a snake oil salesman at that.
