It was very easy to seee from the start that Legisi was a scam.
Only an idiot would lend money to a website such as theirs.
And that photo of Greg Mcknight, a snake oil salesman at that.

Legisi is down for the count. They are being investigated by the SEC and a meeting is scheduled for January 2008. Greg’s Lawyers told him not to post anything on the Legisi forum (he hardly ever posted before). Nobody has received any payments since Aug 2007. Mazu jumped ship in August (they were part of it).

This isn’t the first or last time that discussion of a moot topic persists long after it becomes moot. Odd as it may seem at first glance, though, not everyone wants to *accomplish something* through discussion, even if their comments seem intent on persuasion; i.e. critical or laudatory. For some, lively discussion or debate - and gratification of their ego through argument - is the end to achieve, rather than the means to achieving some other end. In the world of HYI, a program with Legisi’s profile is the exception rather than the rule and so people will continue debating its legitimacy and speculating about its eventual demise, not caring one wit whether it is open or closed to new membership.

Different opinions are a wonderful thing. Backing up your opinion with facts is even better. It gives someone trying to make a decision a broader view.

What isn’t necessary is bashing someone for having a different opinion. We’re all here because of our interest in the HYIP arena. We are at different levels of understanding and have different experiences. Who is right and who is wrong? That can’t be answered until something definitive happens to a program. Can complete opposite opinions on the same topic both be right to some degree? Yep! Most answers fall somewhere in between the two extremes of opinions.

The bottom line is that voicing opinions on programs and those who run them, especially if you state facts to back up your opinion, is a good thing. Bashing each other for what is said is a bad thing. And as my forum signature says… Good Behavior = Good Results; Bad Behavior = Bad Results.

Jude - Noted, but the justification process, etc. has been beat to death - IMHO. You take your hard earned money and give it to total strangers with no guarantees, protections, etc. That’s the underlying theme of it all. Is there really any true “justification” for that? I haven’t seen anything in my two years of dabbling that could be used as any form of “key indicator” one way or another as far as “feel good” justification. I know there’s the traditional “red flags”, etc. but pertaining to that I would again reference giving your money to complete strangers…. I don’t think a flag gets any more red. Again, just my opinion. Thanks.

And let’s not forget that being closed for new members does not mean that old members can’t invest more. Some of them have formed their opinion, but others still wonder what to do.

Legisi is a closed program. So, if you’re in and happy then yahoo. If you’re not in and happy then yahoo. What’s the use of trying to justify either position at this point? Ain’t nobody new getting in (unless they’re doing it via “proxy” through an already existing member) so what need is there for the “outsiders/naysayers” to further voice any negative opinion and what need is there for the “insiders” to further “cheerlead”.

I’m not saying whether I’m in or out - but I am happy…. Yahoo!
