The EarnByLoaning website is currently unavailable due to a massive DDoS attack. According to their support team, they are working vigorously with their host to get the situation under control and put in steps to prevent it in the future. The website is likely to be down for a couple of days. Please hold off on any transactions, including submitting DD documents until the site is back up. Loans will continue to earn during the downtime. Members should log into the new EBL forum for the latest updates.
After talking to EBL support, I believe that they are under attack from entities that tried unsuccessfully to blackmail them. We already know that there is a HYIP ring that attacks any sites that are successful and they can’t absorb. In addition, there are monitoring site administrators and others that try to extort sites in exchange for good votes/posts. When turned down, they attack.
We may not know who is attacking, but we do know their modus operandi from history.
- Post fake, negative comments, like “I didn’t get paid” and “this is a scam.”
- Post fake comments about the site being investigated.
- Launch a DDoS attack.
- Send spam emails using an override that makes the email look like it is from the site. Then follow up with complaints to the host about receiving spam.
Typically the attacks are enough to bring down a site, since incoming deposits are severely hampered. That’s the problem with ponzis, they fall when hit. So, the above list is usually a laundry list of red flags that the end is near. However, when a site has a real business earning revenue, then these type of attacks are just a nuisance that needs to be dealt with.
I happen to believe that EBL is a real opportunity and that they will get past the attacks. When they do, it will be just one more thing that we can point to that shows that they are the real deal. If I am wrong and this brings them down, then I will eat my words and let you know, along with an apology. In the meantime, it is never wise to invest while a site is having problems. It is always safer to wait until they are running smooth again or they fold.

Sharon
UPDATE: EBL Support Responds…
Hello, EBL members,
This email is going out to only 75% of the membership.well well well….
Looks like we are getting some people and hyip scams jealous or angry.
We are currently under a DDOS attack. What does this mean.
Basically, a person or persons send thousands of hits all at once to our website and it overloads the server. Is all your info safe..Yes.
Do all your loans keep earning interest..Yes.All that is happening is, it will not allow anyone to get to the site.
When will this be fixed. We will be working to minimise the attack , and in the future will be setting up measures to stop it.
Keep in mind even banks and government sites get these attacks.
What can we say other than the world has some real low lifes. So why does this happen. Well, As you know EBL is one of the most Honest companies on the net. Most Scam Hyip owners will do everything they can to stop you from learning about EBL. We now know we are doing something right, otherwise they would not even look at attacking us so no one can access the site.
The only reason why these people send a DDOS attack is because they can not stand to see EBL succeed and it’s members earn money.
They would rather you send money to them and get ripped off. There is also monitoring sites that email us and ask us to pay them money to make us look good, by posting fake posts on rating sites. Sorry guys… We don’t do “Fake” nor do we need it. The members bring integrity to EBL.
Even one of our members of EBL got his site DDOS attacked as well.. Because they don’t want him to help us. Maybe they don’t like the fact that he is more intelligent than they are on matters relating to EBL and the internet. They would rather do everything they can to have you part with your money and then run off.
Well boys… whoever you are, you aint gonna deter us from helping people earn an income from EBL.Just so the members know, we have had a few people on forums post FAKE posts and lies about EBL not paying and not answering emails. Well.. The members came straight to the point and defended EBL and said, give us your details etc.. and we will personally ring The support team and sort it out for you. Did these fake posters give the info to the trusted members so we could sort any problem they had.. NO.. Why? Because they are Fake posts and liars.
Again, we now know we are doing something right and the HYIP owners must be really angry that they can not take your money.
All the members can still get us on Skype.com and ring us on the phone. So.. sit tight.. while we sort this problem out.
All I can say to the people responsible is.. Get a life.
oh and one more thing.. To the people responsible for this childish attack. If you think that this DDOS attack is going to put us off, think again.
We will continue to work and protect the members and potential members of EBL from losing money to these Scam Hyips.

The spam has started. I just got my first spam from whoever is attacking EBL. It is from earnbyloaning-owner@ebl-phyic.com. This is not an EBL site and not from them. If you receive the email, please do not respond to it or click on the links in the email.
Thanks,
Sharon
