<description>On Jan 25, 2008, without notice e-Bullion locked me out of my account containing about $700 USD worth of fiat and gold.

I am not able to see my balances, nor my history.

After studying their terms of service, I can't see any breech. I have not been involved with any phished accounts (that I am aware of) and have always refused involvement in HYIP and other scam gambling.

I've written multiple e-mails requesting information and have received nothing in response.

It's a slippery slope. Once they stole a few accounts and realized how easy it is to make excuses for such behaviour their larceny accelerated. Now they don't even bother offering excuses, or even answering queries.

All through this saga of the GDCA warning, I have remained unbiased and even supportive of e-Bullion. Some fool was I.

e-Bullion cannot be trusted.

<description>Sharon has very good instincts. A lot more information has been made available and I'm going to ask that the GDCA Warning be removed next week. There is no evidence at all any account was seized and the funds were kept except one $200 account from a person in Iraq, which I understand why.

The warning in my opinion should not have been issued as worded.

<description>If you read through the many responses to Mark's original post, it becomes quite clear that the information is muddy! On one hand, e-bullion may or may not have frozen accounts unethically. On the other hand, the biggest complainer is part of the GDCA community and the negative e-bullion posts are probably fake.

My opinion is to continue to patronize e-bullion at least until you read that a US alphabet agency is trying to bring them down or some other disaster happens. Autocambist complaining and issuing a warning at the GDCA website is not enough reason to stop using them.

<description>I am trying to understand this e-bullion warning. The note right under it about Intgold makes be wonder how the old e-bullion warning is. Intgold has been gone more than a year.
