RM35 Mln Swisscash Monies Ordered To Be Returned To Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 27 (Bernama) — The Securities Commission (SC) has achieved a breakthrough in its civil enforcement case against the Swisscash Internet investment scheme when it secured a court order to direct one of the defendants, Amir Hassan, to transfer back to Malaysia all Swisscash monies held in bank accounts overseas within seven days.
About RM35 million is currently held in six bank accounts in Hong Kong and eight bank accounts in Singapore, the SC in a statement here today.
“As Swisscash is a worldwide scam that operates in the borderless Internet realm, the SC is working closely with regulators from seven other countries to combat these illegal activities,” the commission said.
“This cross-jurisdictional collaboration has led to the discovery of valuable information that has facilitated investigations,” it added.
Once transferred back to Malaysia, the monies will be subject to the worldwide Mareva freezing orders pending the outcome of civil proceedings filed by the SC earlier this year against Amir Hassan, Albert Lee Kee Sien, Kelvin Choo Mun Hoe, Dynamic Revolution Sdn Bhd, Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) SA, SMF International Ltd and SMF (1948) International Ltd.
“This achievement in SC’s civil proceedings ensures that Swisscash monies are held safely, and within the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts so they can be subject to any order made in the proceedings,” the commission said.
“Investors are again reminded that neither Swiss Mutual Fund nor Swisscash are licensed by the SC,” it said.
To date, the SC has blocked four websites related to Swisscas, namely www.swisscash.net, www.swisscash.biz, www.swissmutualfund.biz, and www.swisscashguide.com.
The commission said it would continue to take all measures to combat investment scams, including blocking access to more websites, and taking appropriate enforcement action against its operators and agents.

Pls,We (myself and wife) got a loan from a uk bank to invest in Swisscash in JULY 2007 and
Swisscash website was blocked in AUGUST 2007. We left with nothing now and we are repaying the loan from our hard earned money now. Pls, for God sake, we want our money back or else, we are going to commit suicide and Swisscash will be responsible for this.
That we say, because some people are greedy, they take the lifes of their fellow human beings.
This is disturbing and alarming.
First off, getting a loan from bank to invest in HYIP is totally irresponsible. How could you try to gamble? Now not facing reality and wanting to commit suicide, you’re asking a scam to be responsible for you and your wife’s death?
Move on and start working to pay off your debt. Money shouldn’t be anyone’s reason to commit suicide.
I am very disgusted and sick what swisscash had done to us, victims why Gov’t allow greedy swindlers not block their schemes, scam or fraud, etc. Our God and His son will judge those people into lake of fire forever.

You are bigger then any amount of money, I too lost money through Swiss Cash, and one day the people behind this whole scam will pay the price severly but for now u need to be strong and keep moving forward with your wife.

It’s really unfortunate for me to know this kind of investment. I was one of the victim too in investing Swisscash. I trusted my Chinese friend,She was the one who convinced me & my friends that Swisscash was a legitimate foriegn company & if anything happened she will repay us back.][She mentioned that Amir Hassan was one of the partner of Swisscash.She earned a thousands of dollars from me & my freinds. When the website was block last year she just told us that the company is making a new website and we have to wait.She never informed us that Amir hassan was one of the owner,then when I found out,I called her & she has many allibies.Now I know that she wants my money only. So I learned a lesson ,that even if it’s a close friend or brother or sister never trust unless there’s a paper work u both signed,so that in
case there’s something wrong u can bring him or her to court.
Anyway,life must go on.we can still find our money that we lost but the friendship will fade away to those freinds who are not telling the truth.
So now confirm the money is back to malaysia, next question is, how we as an investor going to claim back or prove that the money figure SC is owing us? All the while, statements online printed on SC website.

plz help be abt thise site when open i am worried abt my investment
I m one of those victim of this scam that i lost Rm380000. It really struck hard on me as i loan my investment from the bank. Anyway i m still at one piece but i hope the our Govt. can help us poor invester for at least we can get our capital investment back. Don’t compromise with those scammers, put them behind bar for the the rest of their life. My fellow victims … let it be.. let by gone be by gone but don’t throw away our life for the sake of money.
