		<description>Hi,
My dad had about 400 GBP sterling in gold E-bullion but it seems that everything is suspended. I have not really pursued this further as he has only just informed me of his problem.
I know it is not a great deal of money but he is retired from the army and lives from a small pension and that 400 pounds could be a short break for him.
Where should I start in an attempt to recover these funds....

Any advice would be appreciated.

<description>This might be a little late, but I&#039;d like to add one more very important tip...

Use a separate email address for financial sites, like egold and ebullion. Don&#039;t use this email address for anything else. Guard the email address as you do your passwords.

The tip is important because phishing sites only send out fake emails to email addresses that they know. If you get an email that says it&#039;s from a finaicial site and it&#039;s not addressed to your secret email address, then you don&#039;t even have to open it to know it&#039;s a fake.
