There’s no chance to save even a little friendship that both Marcos and I shared. The last that I heard was he has problems with his marriage two months back and nothing after. I had to go through a series of mental drilling before I decide to post everything here.
As promised, the documents are laid here for your perusal, feel free to use them to get to him or so if you have been scammed by him.

Passport scan might be useful in this case jorhyne. The reason why I never pursue legal action against him was because very little people responded to the recovery attempt that I ask information for.
Hope these information are useful.
The amount is simply not worth going for a lawsuit. I have my own sets of BIG problem with another one that I would share if the need arises.
True Jorhyne, but if you lost over 10000$ into FX-experts, with a good detective it wont be hard to find out Marcos current location and to request an international court order. If that happens, I am pretty sure Marcos will attempt to arrange something private with you.
If you invested small pocket money, its simply a lost cause. I think ..
That’s why I’m asking investors to contact me, if its a round figure of higher than $10,000 I would be able to try and do something about it.
The round figure that I remember FXE was dealing with was at least $300,000.00.
I wonder where all those investors went? They all vanished? Maybe Marco refunded a few or did a lot of them simply just give up and let it go without even trying???
I am wondering too.. I have read thread on hyipdiscussion with hope that i will see something going good. But nothing. I have only 1000usd in it. But it can be good suprise to see that money again…
What i can do with that information. Jude you wont made some legal action?

I invested $ 1,000with FXE . It was my first move (great one!)
If there is anything we can do, I am here.
I sent the money and right after Marcos made those “trading mistakes”. I think he did not even used my money trading, but he acted always deft while I was remarking it.
Out of topic: I invested (I think the most proper word to use in this arena is trashed and not invested!) $ 2,000 with Trader AIC, a Joyfund pool. In this case too, if there is any action to take I am available.
Since I stopped trashing money in this arena (I needed to loose a little more than $ 60,000 to understand it) I found again my mental peace. Please, think twice before putting more than some hundred dollars in the hands of these guys, milking people like cows. See the ID of Marcos? Sometime they are barely 20 years old. Do you think guys it is easy for a kid to have 300,000 / 600,000 dollars and to be cool????

I’m from Brazil and IMO, his ID looks very strange.
For example:
- in the “Registro Geral” field there should be more than 7 numbers and no letters
- in the “Filiação” field the names of both father and mother usually have one line for each of them
- also, I believe, they don’t use italics in documents

Maybe. But one can buy a fake ID, if he knows where, for about $100. I saw once on TV that a journalist created a fake person and bought all possible documents he could have for about $500.
I saw his photos before with the daughter, he’s the real guy in the photo.
I had $500 in FXE, but I got out when Rabbits HYIP was -40%… FXE collapsed a few weeks later.

Most admins are between 20 and 30 years old and some are mature enough to deal with that kind of money. It really depends on the person behind the desk.

To be able handling 6 figures you need many skills… one of them is experience , another one is to be cool… etc. etc.
I never saw a kid coming to life already experienced and cool…
What happened with him and some other young guy (example a poker program admin) is talking by itself.

Its sad since FXE was one of the first few that I believed in pretty much. Anyway lesson learnt, move on. Cheers

I think thats enough and this numbers are only from these replies…
There is many investors, that forget about this case and they arent visiting forums or your blog anymore…
If you want and promise that you will make some kind of legal action, i will go through forums and find contacts to potential investors in fx-experts and after that i will contact them… It will take me maybe one day of work, but i think 1k usd is worth of it…
If you can gather a list and its a decent amount, I’ll take action together with my case.
No I haven’t tried, even I myself is giving up already.
I invested $2400 in FX-Experts, and would certainly be interested in joining any legal proceedings against Marcos if it would help to get some of it back.
I invested 3,000 USD in FX Experts. I would assist in any legal proceedings put into effect. Even if I have to put more money toward seeking justice it would be well worth it!
Unfortunately, I lost close to $1500 here. I received about two payments of appx. $25 @ and then the program went up in smoke. This was one of the straws that broke the camel’s back for me. Combined with the $2000 Andy from XLO/TFT scammed me for I learned my lessons about messing with hyips and autosurfs. It was an expensive lesson.
