I have spoken with Bank Negara considering my husband and I lost over $2,000 with the Marsdens. I recently received and email asking for PIPS members to donate money for the Marsden's court battle (two years later, no less). Sounds like another scam to me.

However, Bank of Negara should NOT be RETAINING THE FUNDS and I was told TWO friggin' years ago that PIPS "members" would be getting their money back and then some ("oh, we think the people will be very pleased with the outcome") according to one of the bank's representatives. TWO YEARS AGO.

Malaysian authorities and Bank of Negara are as guilty as the Marsdens for keeping 'stolen' money.
