Well well well … 5 years later nad the monies are still frozen, so who are
the criminals ?

Certainly not the Marsdens, it was all going well until the international
criminal banking organisations intervened to stop PIPS.

Since then the world has seen the collapse of the money markets
and destruction of so many national economies from 2008 onwards… so
its quite clear their is a huge international scam operating to deprive nations
and individuals of any control of their own assets.

If the international criminal banking network ICBN can destroy the world
economy with such ease why should they worry about the Marsdens or PIPS ?

The world finance system is a cancer on national economies, they lend you money so you you can bet on derivatives – lose – then lend more money to
the same banks to rebalance their books. The game is to make you believe
the money was there in the first place, when in fact it never existed !

Assholes all of them.

Just cancel all the debts – write them off – lets start again . Phil.

I pray that all of this will clear away and you can come back and the funds will be restored. God is bigger than the ones who make this trouble happen to PIPS. Bryan, you are love and respected by so many wonderful people. You did it once so you can do it again. For those who have bad things to say, shame on you. It [the above] said that the assets and bank accounts were frozen.

What has happened to these assets??

They [money and assets] cannot disappear!!!!

Think members need to be asking questions of the authorities and Negara Bank what has happened to the assets/funds !!!

I too was an investor in the PIPS program and I understand the statement of Phil and by no means feel that he is an idiot. Most of us are complaining because we did not receive our return. However had Bryan and them not got arrested we would have received a return on our investment. Up until they started the Picpay to process the funding themselves, investors were receiving their payouts.

I do believe their has to be some level of rationalization. It would be a scheme if they ran off with our money and went into hiding. Throughout this whole process that is not what happen. They had events, ponzi is where you get caught not being able to payout because people stop putting in. Look at ALL the assets and funds they had. We could have all been paid five, six and seven times which validates what Bryan was stating.

It is amazing that even 2 years later NO ONE is putting pressure on the banks to release our money. Do you realize HOW MUCH THE BANK HAS MADE WITHIN THESE TWO YEAR?

We need to stop fighting the ritght battle. BANKS I want my money!!!!

I too invested over 500 english pounds
as a spin off from goldenwomb.

However I do feel sorry for the Marsden’s becuase
I feel there is a deep political motive rooted
in the international banking sector ( recently collapsed
due to massive banking fraud as consequence of credit
crunch ).

I also feel it was the publication of the Christian “animated bible” that angered the muslim
leadership in Malaysia.

I feel the Marsden’s had good motives to help people
worldwide and like all good schemes designed to help
the small individual, these are hated by politicians
and bankers, whose only aim it to keep everyone
in debt and in submission.

The Animated Kids Bible, in muslim country combined
with the bypassing of the Malaysian banking rules
( which did not apply to PIPS in the first place )
has led to the imprisonment of the Marsdens and the
government led assualt on their investment business.

Anyone remember PIPS Fashion, and PIPS Cafe, it was all
legal open and above board. So I believe the American
led commercial banking sector and the American CIA
and other unaccountable and illegally operating
international “governmental regulatory scams” combined
to put pressure against Bank Negara of Malayasia to bring
charges against the Marsdens.

The irony is that none of the PIPS members complained
about anything, and if complaints from PIPS members
were not the primae facia motivation for the Malaysian
authorities to bring charges against the Marsdens, then
the motivation lies elsewhere.

Ipso Facto the International Criminal Banking Regulators
who hated to see success of PIPS.

The Marsdens should be released and allowed to live normal
lives, and all the company assets returned to their control. All charges should be dropped.

I too fell for the PIPS scam, and so did a few of my friends. Unfortunately the investment were more in the $$,$$$ range, therefore I sure wonder what happened to all the million Dollar assets that were confiscated (properties), and some assets held by the Bank of Negara.

Even if it was just a percentage per Dollar we get back it should be returned to the original investors.

I have spoken with Bank Negara considering my husband and I lost over $2,000 with the Marsdens. I recently received and email asking for PIPS members to donate money for the Marsden’s court battle (two years later, no less). Sounds like another scam to me.

However, Bank of Negara should NOT be RETAINING THE FUNDS and I was told TWO friggin’ years ago that PIPS “members” would be getting their money back and then some (“oh, we think the people will be very pleased with the outcome”) according to one of the bank’s representatives. TWO YEARS AGO.

Malaysian authorities and Bank of Negara are as guilty as the Marsdens for keeping ‘stolen’ money.
