If you’re a victim of GIT (Guardian International Travels), please file your claims to Kentucky Attorney’s Generals Office and file a complain against them.

Rumor has it that Hawke really isn’t Swainson Hawke, that his name is something totally different. Also heard that he has recently made a butt load of money using GIT funds and other investor’s funds and is now possibly shipping his profits/proceeds to off shore accounts. If you haven’t done so already please contact the Kentucky Attorney Generals Office and file a complain against GIT.

Thanks to George for the report. Here’s a link to Kentucky Office of the Attorney General’s site that might be useful to you.

      Yes, GIT is a scam.
They are behind in payments. Yet, phone conferences are still held where the CEO Swainson Hawke is stating that checks will be sent out.

Some people got their February 2007 checks. But I am still waiting for my February 2007 check and it is 01 February 2008 right now

      Cheers
