I won’t pull down the article and I’m sharing this with everyone.
You haven’t been responding to my email at all about refunds, and you’re only responding to those who’re more noisy and threaten to tear you down. Well, this is it.

Peter lost the money.(Or at least thats what he claims)
Lets assume, this is true. Well, then he can present those documents to the court that proofs he indeed lost all that money. If thats the case, Peter has nothing to fear right?
He messed with the wrong mind. I’m thinking what sort of refund list he has. Probably he doesn’t have one to begin with. Maybe he’s using some transparent magic ink to cross out some transparent names.
Well, i guess its earlie days, but only 30 something responses from the HYIP players? spec most in this saw it as a gamble or just did a basic test spend to see if if hung on a year.
We really do need this to work, this is a good opportunity to harden up DD and prove there is a real stick to hit the admins, who prove to be fraudulent. Other wise they will just keep milking the same stupid crowd. Yeah Richard O’Neill , i mean you.
I’m disappointed the way he handles this situation. Even if there’s a drawdown, he could just be honest with everyone and not come up with some stupid E-gold hack story.

We’re not ruling out that he will release more funds with the pressure, but with that, you cannot say he’s COMPLETELY honest and will refund every cent properly back with us.
What’s with the “Those who are in Profit, will only receive the balance of what you deposited?” Then what the hell is everybody doing? Loaning him hundreds of thousands for him to punt on the market and say “Oh no, I’m sorry, some hacker stole your money?” “I’m a nice guy and I will refund every single cent of what you spent, its NOT my responsibility but I’ll do it”
Sorry to use this word, but FUCK, if you’re not responsible, prove the hack did occur. Allowing no one to validate your E-gold account? Use an attorney on me I don’t care, but get this straight. Either refund everyone their money or land yourself in a hot lawsuit with every investors you owe an apology and an answer for.
Everyone is responsible for their own spends I understand, but IF they money isn’t lost in a trade, you, my man, are liable for legal actions.

There is no list to be crossed. He is just mocking us. If he was planning on refunding he would have done it already.
Has Conciliator shared his documents with you ? If not, I wonder why.
I wouldn’t wait till February.
Maybe find a local agent in SA to get the ball rolling asap. I am told that a local court claim is quite cheap and simple to lodge there.
Maybe even a local member could handle it without the need to retain a lawyer.
At least he will have a judgement against him in his own country, even if he doesnt pay up.
I don’t see myself every believing Peter for the simple fact that:
He sent me screen shots of his hacked account (as requested by myself) which I passed on to Jude, which were the same ones posted that Pluggy found blatantly forged (with good proof they were as he posted back then).
I can’t believe anyone bothered believing Peter after that…
