As legislations gets tighter and with most countries declaring HYIPs as scams, I really wonder why are people still gambling with e-Gold, Pecunix, Liberty Reserve money on scams that are plain obvious based on nothing but thin air.
I see new scams springing up almost daily, accepting Pecunix and LR lately. (Of course with the problems coming from e-Gold, even scammers would want to avoid the money they scam being caught)
Check out this article on Singapore treating HYIPs as scams, another on Jamaican legislations on people that might involve with HYIPs may be charged.
It’s time to move on. I have, have you?

I´m just taking them as pure gambling and not dealing with large amounts at all, i just hope liberty reserve does not turn into history within the next few months, i don´t really know if they´re scam or not..
Although most HYIP you now are scams, most of the HYIP I knew are paying and they are paying good. There are some workarounds for people to not be scammed, like reading an HYIP blog that is updated everyday. They don’t make these kinds of blogs for no particular reason. It’s their experience and they want their experience to be shared to everyone. HYIP is like a game and an income opportunity. Like a game, it needs walkthroughs for us not to get lost and an income opportunity because we earn money. Imagine playing a game and still earning money. Gambling is a different story. We gamble because we don’t know what the outcome will be.
