I have been MIA-ing for a long long while busy with real life and work, but nevertheless I still visit our Nobs Network Forum regularly to chat up with old friends.

Club FX suit has been filed against Peter Buchner, and hopefully we’ll see things happening soon. Thanks to the power of internet and thanks to the community we have, T-man our local Saviour in South Africa has filed to Financial Service Board SA with all our emails and conversing with Peter B, his claims and the amount that he has defrauded us.

For detailed information, you can visit our 87 pages worth of Peter Buchner’s (at the moment) discussions here.

After looking at the contents of the complaint, I realised that this may be a two-pronged complaint. I will forward your complaint to the office of the FAIS Ombud to assist you further. Also, the FAIS department at the FSB will investigate further as there may be a contravention of Section 7 of the FAIS Act.
