Andy was on the call yesterday and thanked everyone for their patience! He explained why it took so long and it related to DDOS Attacks on a Temporary Server (which the site was going to sit on while they moved over to the new servers, that is why it had to be taken down) All has been resolved and is protected on the new servers.

I’m very satisfied with this legit program.

If you can, go step by step in explaining just how a new member in ASD gets started.
If a member stays as a free member/trainee, BUT upgrades their ad package, is there any need then to upgrade the membership level…. doesn’t it say somewhere in the FAQ if a member, even a new member buys ad packages, that member gets the same % returns as a VIP member.
Or do you recommend ALL free/trainee members upgrade their account AND buy ad packages….
Either way, ALL members have to surf a certain number of sites a day anyways.
Also, members have to place URL link back to their own website.
I’ve heard from MANY members and they have used websites like zenzuu or ywuie , they are free and I don’t think they have much to sell lol
Is it important ALL members place a website that actually sells things….
Is affiliate websites okay to use. paydotcom is one ASD recommends.
Can you also explain in detail how a member makes money from this program.
Example if a member started out with $100 in ad packages and still was a free member after 2 months what would that be worth, would it make any difference if the free member also upgraded to a VIP member.

Pls, make some searches as much as you can in the site in order to learn how this program does work, it’s not so difficult to find out the answers of your questions there.
I recommend ppl to upgrade as soon as they can in buying Ad Packages so that they start earning Cash money that they can either use to Cash Out or Re-Purchase Ad Packages (Compounding Option). As a Free Member, you’ll earn only credits by surfing at least 24 sites (12 sites if you’ve upgraded your account) then you add your credits on the site(s) of your choice.
I think ASD staff board have to update their FAQ. The Trainee is a Free Membership where you get 3% on your 1st level Commission and nothing on your 2nd level. With the Executive VIP Membership, you get 10% on your 1st level Commission and 5% on your 2nd level. The Exec VIP level costs $100 per month while Trainee is a Free Membership. So you see these 2 membership levels are pretty different.
I don’t recommend ppl to upgrade to the Executive Membership if they don’t know how to promote. Or you can eventually upgrade at a lower membership level. ASD also organize many web seminars training where you learn how to promote ASD and explode your profits.

Basically you have to purchase Ad Packages in order to upgrade your Membership level BUT it’s NOT OBLIGATORY. I don’t think you can upgrade your Membership level if you are just a FREE member (not sure though). Recently with the BONUS Promotions, if you upgrade your account in purchasing Ad Packages, you get automatically a free Exec VIP membership for 1 to 3 months. I recommend ALL free members to upgrade their account in buying ad packages (in order to speed up their earnings) and if there are NO BONUS Promotion, better they upgrade their Membership level ONLY if they know how to promote (they can learn how to promote if they attend ASD web seminar training).

Due to the fact that we are fully booked for our Tampa Convention, June 12 -June 14, we are extending the 100% promotional match to our members who were not able to get Registered for the Convention, due to space constraints.
These are the rules:
1. You or someone you know, must present your money to purchases Ad Packages in person at the Marriott Tampa Waterside Hotel and Marina during the designated times, which are Friday, June 13 from 2:00pm to 5:45pm EDT and Saturday, June 14 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm EDT. These are the only times that you are able to participate in the 100% promotion at the Convention. These times will be strictly enforced.
2. There is a 50,000 Ad Package maximum that can be purchased at the Convention, to receive the 100% match. This 50,000 maximum applies, whether you are upgrading your Cash Balance or you are purchasing the Ad Packages using new, external money. (1 Ad Package = $1.00).
3. You must purchase a minimum of 500 Ad Packages to qualify for the 100% match.

Is it correct that which ever payment method a member users to pay for their first ad packages, that account (stp, bank transfer etc) which was used for the first purchase, will be the same account members will get their cashout through….
However, I know sponsors that have purchased ad packages for family and friends to get them started. Wont then the cashout payments end up going to that person who bought the first ad packages, ie: the sponsor.
Does it make any difference, if a sponsor made the purchases from their cash balance, rather then their STP, Bank transfer etc….
Also could you explain a couple things about the back office, like what does the credit history mean and what does the Current total credit balance: - or 8000 mean….
Can you give a quick example of the average returns for a new member that signs up, and stays as a free member, but purchases $10 of ad packages, surfs 24 sites a day, allocates ALL those credits to the nominated site/s in their My site…. What would be the average returns daily, is it just cents or dollars and how long should it take a free member with $10 worth of ad packages to make 125% back from that investment…. which is only a couple dollars anyways LOL

I have to admit that ASD has a poor support service at the moment but I’ve heard they are hiring & training new staffs so I believe they will fix this issue soon. Anyway they keep us informed through many ways, if you sign up as a free member, pls, look around at all the informations in the Back Office, if you attend their Convention, Conference, training webroom,… there are plenty ways to learn how this program is working.
Currently, the quickest method of payment is STP (Solid Trust Pay) where you cashout within hours. With Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer), you cashout within 5-7 business days or so. Personally I prefer Direct Deposit cause I like to receive my cash directly into my Bank account. It’s correct when you say we cashout with the payment method we used to purchase our first Ad Packages. Nethertheless, if you need absolutely to cashout with another method of payment, you can contact them and I believe, in some cases, they accept to make the change.
The cashout History indicates the daily rebates history (based on their money generated from their diff. businesses showing it’s NOT a Ponzi Scheme… unlike what some ppl are saying) and it shows also your re-purchases. I cannot tell you exactly how they do calculate the total credit balance but it’s based on your Ad Packages Purchase(s) your surfing sites PTC eventually. More you purchase Ad Packages, more you get credits… and your ads you are promoting get more exposures obviously.
If you are a free member, surfing ads and the PTC will only bring you credits, NOT cash. The credits you add on your site(s) would bring you profits if you get referrals from the designated site(s).
If you have upgraded Ad Packages, you can earn daily rebates. The daily rebates vary from 1% to 8% during the week (0.5% the week-end). Currently the average rebates is 1.5% weekly (that’s good!) but it could increase at anytime. Let’s say that the daily rebate is 1% (for simplicity sake), this percentage is based on the total of your ad packages, if you have puchased $1K of Ad Package, you’ll get $10 for the day, if you re-purchase (or compound) with your $10 so it will add up in your balance. Again, thanks to the Bonus Promotions & other Gifts, your gains grow up far quicker (specially when you get a 25%, 50% or 100% Match Bonus). Remember, you can re-purchase with a minimum of $10… NOT less.

I was just curious about, if a sponsor who maybe a family member or close friend, encourages you to join ASD, then the sponsor decides as a gift to get you started and interested, they will purchase the first ads for the new member using their own cash balance as a transfer, NOT using alertpay or STP.
After the new member starts purchasing their own ad packages using alertpay or STP, then they are ready to make a cashout, where will the cashout go too…. I was thinking, it couldn’t really go to the sponsor that kindly made the first ad purchases, because they used their own cash balance and ASD encourages transfers of cashouts to other accounts.
So would the new member receive the cashout into their alertpay or STP….

Also about the 125% rebates on all ad purchases, i read in the FAQ, members receive 100% rebates and 125% rebates if their website sells at least $15 a month on products.
Most people seem to just have very simple websites they use, like zenzuu or even a free affiliate website they have, and most don’t sell anything LOL
Does all member that purchased ad packages receive the 125% rebates, even if their website sells nothing a month.

How to maximise your daily rebates? Here is how to get the most out of them for both the English and Spanish Site: If you have less then $3,000 in Ad Packs, you should be Upgrading or Re-purchasing with your earnings on a daily basis.
If your Ad Pack balance is $3,000 or above, what you will want to do is accrue your funds in your cashout balance to $500 and then upgrade to qualify for the current promotion that is currently running.
$500 will get you $625
If your account is over $10,000 wait until your cash balance is $2,000 and then repurchase/upgrade.
$2000 will get you $2500
Again, if your Ad Pack balance is below $3000 then you should be repurchasing daily to build your Ad Pak balance.
You can also do it that way: When you’ve reached a certain amount, let’s say $100 daily rebates, it’s recommended to withdraw 20% and re-purchase the rest: 80% of that amount.

I’ve already in this business and it’s incredible. You can even say it’s a bit addicting. I’ve been trying to find out how I can find referral documents with the ASD logo on the header. I called Customer Service twice and they both told me that it doesn’t exist. The person who referred me signed me up with papers. She had a W-9 form and this blue paper attached with two other papers (pink and yellow) behind. Whatever you write on the 1st page it reprints on the other two. The 1st person at Customer Service told me that it doesn’t exist and the 2nd told me that she probably printed it out from an e-mail or something which is impossible. I spoke to me referrer and she requests them through Customer Service and they send them to her. This doesn’t make sense to me. I mean I know I can refer ppl online but just in case someone rather be referred through papers; I want to give my client options.
Again, i’m so thankful that I found this business. Especially now when the economy is horrible…. Thank you for all your help Luc.

Thnx for your positive post and yes am agree with you when you say that ASD is a bit addictive and there are so many projects ahead… We are still in the beginning!
We can’t compare this marketing program with any others out there. ASD is a REAL business, they are serious in what they are doing: I don’t know a lot of online companies that ask to their members to complete their legal name for WS-9 (the 1099 Tax Form) for tax filing purposes. This sounds good for me, it shows us that ASD want to do everything properly in order to comply to the law.
I’m very excited fort he future of ASD, they will grow very quickly in the coming weeks: thanks to their affiliate site: ASD Offer Universe, their teamed up with Google & the new Chinese site: Golden Panda. Our daily percentage rebate will increase this way.
About the China Site, it will be a completely NEW Company with its own home office, administration, marketing structure, ALL with ASD’s permission, and most likely partnering with them for a percentage of the sales and revenue. INTRODUCTION
My name is Robert Garner, and I am an attorney and the principle owner of the Garner Law Office in Greensboro, North Carolina. At our Law Office we specialize in corporate, business and real estate law, and my firm represents Ad Surf Daily, Inc., or ASD, which is Andy Bowdoin’s company that operates the Ad Cash Generator business opportunity.
To give you some of my background as an attorney, I am a graduate of the Law School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I’ve had thirty years experience as a North Carolina licensed attorney. I have handled everything from first degree murder cases to million dollar construction litigation. But for the past twenty years, I have primarily represented corporations and security houses, such as stock brokerage firms and investment firms.
Our work includes the handling of public stock offerings, negotiating complex mergers and acquisitions, and the preparation of filings for the Securities and Exchange Commission, also known as the SEC. In case you don’t know, the SEC is a regulatory branch of the US Government created by Congress to protect investors from fraud and other abuses.
In addition to myself, we have other attorneys in our offices who are dedicated to this work with Andy and his company, and who are available at any time to deal with issues as they arise. We are working daily to advance the business plans of Andy’s entire organization, and we are moving forward in a number of positive directions which will benefit everyone involved.
LEGALITY CONCERNS
Now, I want to address the concern that new ASD members sometimes have in the area of the legality of the Ad Cash Generator opportunity. And for the record, I can say that there is no litigation, no threatened litigation, or even any inquiries from any regulatory body about ASD or the Ad Cash Generator opportunity.

ASD and the Ad Cash Generator opportunity provide businesses a way to advertise on the Internet. It allows them to purchase page views, where their ads can be seen by the general public. At this time, Ad Cash Generator is offering rebates to purchasers of advertising. These rebates function something like “loss leaders” in that advertisers are presented a way to earn their money back, plus a little more, in addition to having their ads viewed on the Internet. If you are not familiar with this business term “loss leader”, it is when a product or service is sold at a very low price or at a loss for the purpose of attracting customers to a retail store.
Not everyone qualifies for the rebates, but for those who do participate, it is a great opportunity for them to expose their Websites to the public, and earn back some of the cost. I should tell you that like all rebates, this offer may be withdrawn at some time in the future, and the opportunity will be gone. However, the special offers will be honored for all who do participate at this time.
These ASD programs are open to everybody. ASD had a program to allow businesses to place ads on the ASD site for viewing by the general public without cost. For others who are seeking wider exposure, there are “ad packages” available for purchase which will guarantee greater numbers of page views, as selected by the advertiser. It is for those people that a rebate program is available now, to recover their cost, and perhaps earn some additional money. As ASD grows and develops, this program may change and improve as well.
COMPANY OPERATIONS
Now, I would like to go over some legal and operational information about ASD as a company.
ASD is incorporated, pays state, federal and all other taxes, and complies with all laws and regulations that apply to it. It provides its contact information, including its physical location, on the Internet. It has customer service representatives who are responsive to customer calls. The customer service representatives are not offshore, they are right here in the United States. To provide even better customer support, ASD has implemented a “ticket” system to allow inquiries via its website, and answers every one within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. The goal is to have zero customer complaints.
In addition, ASD is continuing the expensive work of improving back office operations, so that everything will run more smoothly for everyone. And, as I stated before, there are many other exciting things coming in the future that will benefit everyone involved with the ASD income opportunities.
ASD and its related companies are not selling stock, nor are they seeking investors. Should any of the related companies elect to do so in the future, strict adherence to SEC and state regulations would be observed. At this stage, a stock offering to the general public, in compliance with SEC regulations, is at best only in the talking phase. There are no concrete plans for this right now.
If ASD or its related companies were to offer shares of stock, they would be required to file a registration statement with the SEC. If ASD, or anyone, anywhere were to offer a “security,” which is defined as an investment opportunity, to US citizens, the offering would need to be first approved by the SEC before being legal. The ASD rebate program is designed to respect these regulations. It is not an investment opportunity, and should not be considered as such. ASD is seeking to build up its base of subcontractors who will continue to sell Internet advertising for them, even after the rebate program ends and is replaced with something even more exciting and beneficial. ASD also wants to acquire information about companies that will continue to purchase advertising on the Internet in the future, and ASD is willing to pay for that information through the rebate program.
Because of the rebate program, some people have asked if ASD or the Ad Cash Generator income opportunity is a “Ponzi” scheme or a pyramid. A Ponzi scheme and/or a pyramid are illegal, because they use money from new investors to pay the first investors in the scheme their promised returns. When the base of the pyramid stops growing, the pyramid collapses. While ASD commits a portion of its future revenues to pay rebates, it does not guarantee a return, and the time it takes to earn rebates is affected by the revenue stream in the future. Not everyone elects to participate in the rebate program, and not everyone will earn rebates.
ASD’s Ad Cash Generator business model is not dependent on a base that continues to expand. Plus, ASD is developing other revenue sources constantly. Even more important, the rebates are fixed, and will allow the participants to only earn a set amount, and that amount is based on performance. There is no continuing obligation to pay returns to infinity, as in illegal pyramid programs. Because of these major differences, the Ad Cash Generator business opportunity is not an illegal “Ponzi” scheme or pyramid, and it is not in violation of any SEC laws or regulations.
As the founder and president of ASD, Andy envisions a day in the near future when the company will operate as a premier distributor of Internet advertising, utilizing the information now being acquired to market its services. We understand that Andy’s goal is to follow the example of other broad based companies such as Amway and Avon, and to use the methods they developed to become a recognized leader in providing Internet marketing services.

Thanks for your posts, they are really informative. I joined ASD on 02.07.08. As yet, I am still a free member, but my sponsor assures me that there is a delay due to the high demand!! I’m really keen to getting going with this, so as you can imagine I’m pretty frustrated.
Thanks also for the info on alertpay. I did purchase some Adpacks and your explanation above answered my question. I believe ASD are changing to STP (SolidTrustPay). I have already joined this company and also added a site to ASD. Now I’m just waiting to get going. Amanda63, thanks for your post that I appreciate a lot. I assure you that you won’t regret joining this amazing program. Of course there are still some problems but they are about to be solved.
I just want to correct few things regarding the cash-in/cash-out options: ASD will still use Alert Pay and Direct Deposit for Cash-Out requests but NOT for Cash-In (or purchase Ad Packages). The preferred method of purchasing Ad Packages is by Solid Trust Pay or mailing a Cashier’s Check (the last option is for US & Canadians residents).
The growth of ASD should fuel a lot of developments that will be beneficial to all but we are also ALL concerned with the slowness of the support service (that is a consequence of the growth). There were some progresses lately: some members have reported that ASD closed their ticket (I mean completed their request) very QUICK. Of course, it’s not the case for ALL members but bear in mind that ASD is hiring and training more staffs in the Customer support service explaining why support has been more challenged recently. They are also in the process of installing a very large number of phone lines.
About the payouts, the Corporate office stated that a lot of members have signed up as an individual, but then turned in their W-9 with a different name (either a business name, a nickname or 2 names on one account like husband & wife,…) and tax ID number and vice versa. This is why many people are not getting their Cash-Outs enough fast (here it’s their mistake, NOT the mistake of ASD).
I’ve heard many good News concerning the future of ASD that I’ll update soon.
Cash Out’s Update:
Due to our overwhelming success ASD has now topped 100,000 members. Although this is wonderful news this exceptional growth has impacted many of our departments, most notability the Cash Out department. As of last week the Cash Out volume has increased dramatically. Please be advised that this increase in volume is taking us longer to process your Cash Out’s. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to expedite your request. Your patience is very much appreciated.
ASD will still use Alert Pay and Direct Deposit as a means of processing Cash Out requests but NOT to purchase Ad Packages. The preferred method of purchasing Ad Packages is by mailing a Cashier’s Check or by Solid Trust Pay. A Credit Card purchase capability may be in place by mid month (this month). They will also add a new Int’l Visa Debit Card that will come out few more weeks later.
About the Tax Form W9, it’s only for US citizens, NOT for International members. So for US residents, you ONLY need to fax back the 1st page of the form with your infos and signature on it. If you are unable to get it through by fax, you may Postal mail ONLY the 1st page the one with your information and your signature on it. The fax number the Address Mail postal are in the page News of your site. You must make sure that your name on your ASD website is the same as what you have on your W-9. If there’s a difference, then your cash out will not go through.

Bear in mind, each time there’s a Rally, there are Matching Bonuses too.
Regarding the Chinese site, I’ve heard from a reliable source that, during the launch, there would be (still to be confirmed) a Matching Bonus of 100% (meaning if you buy $1000 Ad Packages, you get another $1000 immediately in ONE shot) and 3% daily rebates for the first 30 days.
If you want to participate to the Chinese site, you have to get prepared NOW cause the site will be released in 1 or 2 weeks.
I heard that direct deposit was being phased out. When I go to cash out request there isn’t an option for direct deposit and that there’s this new thing called ACH starting next week or something. Something about ASD are going to start issuing debit cards so we can use during cash outs but we can’t use it to purchase Ad Packages. I’m a little confused. Can we still use our bank account for ACH as a direct deposit? If you know about this please tell me how it works. Thank you.
Simone, sometimes the site is down due to maintenance (like yesterday evening EST) so they have to disable some cash-in/ cash-out functions during this time. And there will be a New credit card processor starting most probably next week and the Int’l Debit Card will come out shortly after.
The W9 Tax Form still need to be completed by all US members in order to be paid. Now those who are NOT US Citizens and live outside of the US, they are now required to complete and fax or mail in an IRS form W8.

If ASD members don’t complete their Tax Form properly, they won’t be paid. As you see, ASD makes everything to NOT get in trouble with the IRS.
Luc, do referral commissions ever expire (like the ad packages do)?
Jackie, Your ref comms will not expire if you remain a member of ASD and as long as your downlines are upgrading. But if you want to keep your Ref. Comms level, you need to upgrade your Membership Level on a monthly basis.

TD, first of all, you have to know that internet is loaded with opinions, emotions, false infos, blatant lies… the list is long!
To answer to your post: he was given to Andy a medal at an NRCC event for his monetary contributions to the Republican Party. That’s it!
In fact, since the beginning Andy never said that he got a medal for his business successes but this info was spread by well intended (but poorly informed) supporters of ASD followed by the detractors. Again this info never came out from Andy’s mouth directly.
About the recent RAID: These complaints have create a situation that didn’t exist before. As far as I know ASD was STILL PAYING and FAST, the site was temporarily down and members couldn’t surf cause of the implementation of a new powerful software but during all the time site was down… nobody lost their ad credits and rebates… so why all these complaints? Maybe cause ASD started to became too BIG (120,000 members with a growth of 1000 members per day) so that create a lot of jealousies!
Anyway NO criminal charges were filed against Andy so far and he doesn’t expect any criminal charges against anyone. This remains just a civil complaint.
It’s the job of the prosecutors to paint everything in the worst possible light, as ugly and egregious as possible without regard to the “other side” of the story in order to protect the consumers. It is NOT their job to collect information that supports the defense (ASD).
But Andy is confident in his legal team representing ASD. The job of Andy’s Attorney will be to “educate” the Attorney General’s offices across the country because the ASD model is still NEW and UNKNOWN. If it’s a success it will create a paradigm shift in how this business is perceived and validate this model.
