Some good news. I requested a payout last night and it was in my e-gold account when I got up this morning. I requested another payout this morning and if/when I receive that, I will have my principal out of Ultimate Spinner and can just play with the profits.
I’ve got a couple things to update regarding Ultimate Spinner.
1. Regarding the time discrepancy on deposits. I sent in a ticket but didn’t hear back about it. Obviously, it seems they have a few other issues to deal with currently (see #2). However, it looks like it’s probably a script error. I think the times in everyone’s account are off, but my deposits seem to be earning at the right time, so I think it’s fine. Just double check to make sure you’re receiving your earnings at the same time.
Sharon (thanks) gave me a good tip about setting a daily alarm through an organizer program on your computer (i.e. Outlook) at the time you made your deposit, so you can go in each day to make sure your earnings are getting updated at the right time. If you’re in the VIP plan you’ll just need to check on the 5th day.

Just a quick note for those of you involved in this EgoldSpinner copycat. I admit I’m in it, but I like to gamble on occasion, which this completely is. I was just on their forum and noticed that a member had this problem, so I checked my account and saw I’m having a similar problem. It seems that the time I made my deposit this morning isn’t matching up with the time listed on the Ultimate Spinner site under my deposit summary. It’s listed much later than when I actually made the deposit.
As some of you know, StormySurf has fallen from grace. However, the admin has been making some posts on the site and it seems you can request a refund if you lost money in the program. Who knows if you’ll get it, but it doesn’t hurt to try. Here is what the site says:
Stormysurf is no longer taking payments.
Well, I still haven’t heard about people getting paid. Also, the current Sorcex.com URL still takes you to a page with the message: “We get several Ddos attacks on this old server. We try to reroute our service. Please wait :/ Sorcex Team.” Actually, I think they may have changed the message.
Sorcex is currently down. I went to the site this morning and the following message was displayed:
Hello members, we are just changing to our new final and 100% ddos-protected server. We hope to get back to normal tomorrow evening, we will pick up the payments then, sorry for the delay. Important: This does not effect the trading !!! Sorcex Team
For those of you who missed the boat on Sorcex, they have opened the door for new memberships.
Compact Surfing keeps rolling along. I requested a payout late last night and it was processed by the time I got up this morning. Don’t forget, the extra payout that you were promised for this month is now in effect. You should see it on your member page. According to the newsletter, this 4th payout is an option that you’ll have in the future. Please note that to receive a 4th payout, you’ll have to pay a minimum of $100 for the privilege.
Here is a quick update regarding the current surf holiday.

Because of all the current surfing problems with Phoenix Surf, they have declared a Surfing Holiday until Friday. This was posted in the forum today.

This past weekend I finally received my refund check from AlienTrust, so I’m officially out of this program. I thank AlienTrust for keeping to their word and sending me my money. Good luck to you if you’re still in this one or trying to get out.

The newest update from Compact Surfing just came out. The long and short of it is that they are working on adding Compactpay to the current site. This will include the ability to use credit cards. Also, they will be introducing Compactlottery.com which incorporates, you guessed it, a lottery. You can read it all here:

First, 13PercentSurf paid out daily. Then, about a week ago they decided to change their policy and pay out twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays). Well, that created a huge backlog of payments which slowed everything down.

Advertising
We have finalized the plans for our new advertising platform. For all of those who have been waiting to advertise on the Phoenix Homepage, Back Office and Forum, you will now be able to place your advertisements on these prime locations. We are finalizing things from a scripting standpoint, and we will type detailed instructions for our members as soon as we make this advertising available in approximately one week.
Credits
We have eliminated the credit-bug that was not allowing our members to receive the appropriate amount of credits per advertising package purchase. As everyone knows, when you purchase an $8 advertising package, you receive one credit for your website. We are aware that some of our members did not receive credits on this ratio during the month of March. Because of this, we have increased the monthly credit bonus for April to 1,000 credits. We are aware that some members purchased less than this, and some purchased more, but we feel as if this is a good compromise. Remember the bug has been fixed, so please do not forget to allocate your credits!
