    May 15th 2007

Andy makes the announcement in his forum on May 13th.

As of this weekend - I will not be accepting e-gold any more for FXO spends.

The new process is CSATM - the site can be found at www.thecyberspaceatm.com. I strongly encourage you to check it out.

As many would be aware I have always supported e-gold, and a swap of process does not change this. You can use your e-gold to fund CSATM and you can be paid out of CSATM to e-gold. There is no problem with that.

What CSATM offers is a payment process that is privacy oriented. An extremely simple to use.

The technology for the system has been around for years - and the business model is sound.

You will note that unlike a payment processor - where all funds go to a central location, the model of CSATM uses a distributed reserve - whereby the exchangers network maintains the backing for the storage.

Now that said - right now there is only one exchanger - but more should be coming on board over the coming week(s).

As always your comments are welcomed. However - for new spends to FXO - I will only accepts CSATM.

This does not, btw change the status of existing spends - you spent by e-gold you will be paid via e-gold (unless of course e-gold suddenly has major problems in which case I have bank wire/CSATM options.

A responsible citizen always cooperates fully with the authorities. I know I do. Always. Fully. No, really.

    Dear Global Member:

There are several reasons for this e-mail. The first is to acknowledge the receipt of and respond to your letter or phone call, even if we’ve spoken recently. More importantly, it is to apprise you of the current status of Global Direct’s business (particularly as it pertains to withdrawal requests, activations, account renewals, and other situations) and recent developments that impact same. Since I am sending this to all correspondents, it is possible you may receive it more than once.

A little over a week ago, Global was contacted by the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) regarding an “informal investigation” of our methodology of fundraising and business procedures. I wish to emphasize that this “investigation” was not a “Cease and Desist” and Global was and is allowed to continue with its sales. However, at the request of and in full cooperation with the SEC, for the time being, all other activities such as withdrawals, new loans, account updates, etc. are “on hold.”

John appears to be down to the last few refunds but clearly he’s struggling. His skills at administering a program may not be stellar but give him credit for combing through his entire database and manually calculating and executing refunds.

    IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Ok folks. Am down to less than $500 left and that’s after I used up $5000 of my own.

So, those of you who are left with no refund as yet…. do not panic! I will make you this promise if you will please stay calm and not take any unfortunate actions:

As you know I run a review site. I will continue to do so. I spend my own money in various programmes. So here is what I will do:

Over the next 6+ months I will take a portion of my own profits and continue to pay out the remaining accounts that have not received a 38.9% refund of what it would have taken them to be at a no loss position.
