I wrote an article about this scam at nobsinvest.com. I should have included it here. Actually I should have written here first. LOL
The discussion over there is a lively one! Typically, the flunkies of the scam are protesting and trying to discredit me. Come read about it, learn where to report it and take action by reporting it.
A year and a half ago I introduced this blog to PointShareXtreme, only it was called PointShareGold back then. I was still pretty green to the HYIP industry and was jumping on anything that looked remotely promising. At the same time I was getting my proverbial butt kicked by HYIPs. So, when PSX stopped paying and started a long, slow road to changes I was more than happy to wait and jump through hoops, as long as it didn’t cost me any more money. I posted what was going on at this blog until we were told we were under a gag order. Even then I continued to jump through the hoops and even notified everyone that had joined under me what those hoops were.
The EarnByLoaning website is currently unavailable due to a massive DDoS attack. According to their support team, they are working vigorously with their host to get the situation under control and put in steps to prevent it in the future. The website is likely to be down for a couple of days. Please hold off on any transactions, including submitting DD documents until the site is back up. Loans will continue to earn during the downtime. Members should log into the new EBL forum for the latest updates.
There is a post today in NoBS Network Forum that someone has recovered part of the money scammed in ITrade4U. I have no clue as to how real the offer is, but if you lost money in ITrade4U, it’s worth a look…

Just how low will a scammer go? We’ve all talked about what scum Richard, the HYIP ring, Andy, etc. are, but I’m not sure they would sink as low as the admin of the former Please-Invest scam. He claimed his name was “William” when he stole over $200K running PI, but then again he has claimed a lot of things that have proven to be lies.

EarnByLoaning is taking down the current site to do final testing and data migration. While they didn’t give an exact date for the new site, it is getting close! Here is their update:

Disgusting HYIP Ponzi Ring – FAPIC, INVEX, E-BASTION, TROYBANK, ITRADE4U, OPENTRADE, etc.
22 Comments HYIP Scam Warnings, HYIP Scams, Scams, HYIP Tips, HYIPIn 2005 there was a famous letter from a HYIP ring that explained how they opened up HYIPs for the sole purpose of stealing the member’s funds. Yesterday a new letter was posted at MMG in the ITrade4U thread. Could it be the same ring? The letters are similar. If it is, then they are still fooling most of the people and stealing huge amounts of our money!
First, the ITrade4U.biz website is for sale. They boast running FAPIC, INVEX, E-BASTION, TROYBANK, ITRADE4U, and OPENTRADE. You can see the advertisement here.

It’s summertime and as usual things are slow in the HYIP world. So, it’s a good time for an email safety tip.
Never post your email address in an open blog or forum! There are programs that scrape websites looking for email addresses. The addresses are then used for SPAM, sold or used for malicious purposes.
This is another shameless plugin for the NoBS Network Forum. However, it deserves it! I was gone for about two weeks and there were almost 1200 new entries! Jude posted that it is averaging between 300-600 unique hits a day. All this from 410 members. That is pretty active for a new forum that is growing steadily.
Quality vs. Quantity
What amazes me about NoBS Network Forum is the quality of the members, their knowledge and their posts. In general I’m not a fan of forums. The majority of them fall into two categories. There are those that cater to scams and are extremely active. However, you have to wade through pages and pages of crappy cheerleading/trolling comments to get any real information. They are just plain irritating. Then there are those that cater to a higher level, but the activity is so low that one can catch up on all the posts in less than an hour logging in once a week.
Egold filed a motion for an evidentiary hearing. Read the motion here. For those that aren’t sure what an evidentiary hearing is, you can read the wikipedia definition here. In addition, they asked the Court to vacate (remove) the seizure warrant and modify the post-indictment restraining order. I know that people don’t like to read legal documents, but this one is good. In the introduction they call the government’s actions draconian!
NSFG continues to disappoint everyone unlucky still be with them. (Jude was wise to get out last year. I’m sorry that I didn’t take his advice at the time.) They are freezing deposits and withdrawals due to egold exchange problems. In addition, their trading strategy posted a loss once again. Normally a month with a small loss would be no big deal. However, with NSFG’s history any month with a loss is just another blow to those of us that still have funds with them. On a brighter note, they are open to suggestions! Here is their update…
