Fact is that the fate of HYIPs are getting dimmer, autosurfs gets mulled harder with nothing left to prove. Tramael bites the dust after 12 months of Non-stop robot paying action, with the admin Ipsens admiting that it was a ponzi after all.

The SEC filed formal charges against CEP, Trevor Reed and all related sites on July 9th. Code4Gold has the story and his views here. Drunk’s World has the story and Dustin’s, Desert Sky Marketing, response here. Thanks to Dolphin, who posted this information in NoBS Network Forum.

    Anyone surprised?

I watched the latest TriStar video-crap and debated whether I should voice yet more disdain about Bobby Krimm and his illegal activities or if I should pass because my views are pretty clear. I passed. However, the newest information about DailROI trashing and suing TriStar is just too good to pass up.

    Apr 8th 2007

I was away from the computer for close to 48 hours and apparently I picked the wrong time to take a break! The TriStar and CEP news broke all over the place. I had planned to write one article for both giants, but now feel that it would be an injustice to CEP. So, here’s the TriStar crap of the day…

First, I’d like to point out that some of the places with TriStar news and viewpoints are Dolphin’s Wink (multiple), PonziScams (multiple), DrunksWorld, the Safelist and iBiOBiz. All are worth reading, but the most notable are Dolphin’s articles “Good Friday” and “Ads On Command.” Dolphin expressed her views, which mirror my own, very eloquently. Chris coined the term “TriStar Money Holders” and I think it’s appropriate.

I am so fed up with Bobby’s bullcrap! Have we learned nothing from history? Let’s review what he’s up to now, which are ALL things that happened right before the closing of several huge HYIPs, Autosurfs and Payment Processors in the past:

    The saga continues…

In my last article Ad Daily Network pleaded to get their funds in TriStar Money Changers (TSMC) unblocked. When their account was unblocked, they wrote a thank-you letter, praising Bs King, which sounded coerced.

I was evaluating a site, when I came across their news bulletin today about TriStar Money Changers (TSMC). The site’s name and information are excluded, because I didn’t obtain permission from them.

Hello Members! Just wanted to let everyone know that we longer will be able to accept “Tri-Star Money Changers” on our web site. We apologize for the short notice, however we got an email a few hours ago from TSMC saying the following:

All auto surfs and HYIP programs must remove Tri-Star Money Changers from their websites as a payment option.

Any TSMC Ad Pack Purchase previous to the 13th will be honored. We apologize for any inconvenience, however the issue is out of our hands. We encourage people to use AlertPay! Its a VERY secure processor, that excels in member support! http://www.alertpay.com. They have many great features to come in the future so they are our recommendation. Just wanted to say again, THANK YOU to all of the members who have been supporting us! We would not be here if it wasn’t for you.

Add that to withdrawal delays and it looks like the beginning of the end for Bob Krimm. He doesn’t care, though. He’s got his new $349K house in Naples, FL (check out SuccessTalkOnline.com’s whois plus the listing for the house) and yacht!

I wasn’t able to watch the Bob Krimm video, but thanks to Dolphin and an anonymous transcriber, anyone can read the transcript of the video. From what I understand it’s a very accurate transcript.

My first thought as I read through all of the babble was, “Tristar’s withdrawal person, Maria, can spell investment, but can she spell baboon?” Baboons are what they looked like on the transcript, so I can just imagine what they looked like on the video. (B.K. = Baboon King?) To get an idea of what I mean, I’m going to pull some comments out of context (with my own comments after each):

Bob: “Money Changers is a registered money transmitter with the IRS.” ROFL! All the IRS does is register a new EIN, which is similar to the SSN for individuals. ANY business can get one. The sole purpose is so that they can pay taxes under a business name, rather than individual. It has nothing to do with the nature of the business. In fact, the IRS isn’t even a government entity! Warning: Money Changers is still running as an UNLICENSED money transmitter!

if this screen shot is true and authentic that Bob paid $25,000.00 for taking over XLO, and I do agree with Leo, DrunkonLife, and if Andrew aka Andy is really upright about helping out his failed The Finer Things, shouldn’t the funds be used to relieve the users?

    lol, move on.

RavenM1 bumped up a pretty good post which I think will spark controversy in HYIPDiscussion thread on AlienTrust (Trust who again? An alien like Vince?)

I’m pretty sure there’s many people that has been hit by 12by12Daily,

    Hi Everybody,

    Sep 25th 2006

Thanks to Marty for the update on MyTrafficSolutions (http://www.mytrafficsolutions.com/) and AlertPay

    Hi,

‘Thought you might be interested in an update on MTS I received by way of an
    AlertPay email just now:

Thank you for writing to AlertPay Resolution Department.

Please be advised that AlertPay has received your dispute but unfortunately
at this time your request for refund is being declined.

    Sep 12th 2006

    Plugged from Leo, DrunkonLife’s site

Stay away from GoldnDaily….they aren’t paying to egold anymore but posting that people are getting paid on the site. I have lost a little in this one and surely don’t want anyone else to get snookered by their front page.

Do not invest anymore in this surf.

Things are not looking good as well in InstantPayoutSurf since they’re paying pretty slowly or not paying at all. (Kudos to Terry for the headsup). If anyone is looking at joining them, its not a good time.

And pretty much these days with surfs, its no longer easy to do hit and runs. And if you haven’t join our mailinglist, the first e-zine issue will be out this weekend.

    Sep 10th 2006

ReindeerSurf has bitten the dust abruptly, and it seems like they ended the way like WiredSurf. I’m not here to judge.

We are never ones to quit easily but it seems like there is no fixing everything at least not quickly enough to keep your support and interest.
