I wasn’t able to watch the Bob Krimm video, but thanks to Dolphin and an anonymous transcriber, anyone can read the transcript of the video. From what I understand it’s a very accurate transcript.

My first thought as I read through all of the babble was, “Tristar’s withdrawal person, Maria, can spell investment, but can she spell baboon?” Baboons are what they looked like on the transcript, so I can just imagine what they looked like on the video. (B.K. = Baboon King?) To get an idea of what I mean, I’m going to pull some comments out of context (with my own comments after each):

Bob: “Money Changers is a registered money transmitter with the IRS.” ROFL! All the IRS does is register a new EIN, which is similar to the SSN for individuals. ANY business can get one. The sole purpose is so that they can pay taxes under a business name, rather than individual. It has nothing to do with the nature of the business. In fact, the IRS isn’t even a government entity! Warning: Money Changers is still running as an UNLICENSED money transmitter!

It has been quite a long time since DesertSkyMarketing has risen from its ashes. “Just another ponzi-surf that wants to rob people again”, we can say with ease. But a history and a present of this surf is somehow interesting.

Lets make a quick history lesson. Who watched this surf from the beginning can switch to sixth paragraph.

I don’t see how sliced bread is any better than non-sliced bread anyway. You can always just tear the bread. But I suppose it’s not as neat.

Anyway, I’ve been away for a while and bored, because nothing has really shone brightly enough for me to really invest any care.

I don’t think 11by11Daily is a David Cannard production. The whois from 12by12 and Dad&Daves doesn’t match with this.

Probably a spoof off trying to ride David’s early success of 12by12Daily, and I remember he did sign off that he will never run any of such programs again. Avoid it.

if this screen shot is true and authentic that Bob paid $25,000.00 for taking over XLO, and I do agree with Leo, DrunkonLife, and if Andrew aka Andy is really upright about helping out his failed The Finer Things, shouldn’t the funds be used to relieve the users?

    lol, move on.

So after Andy washes his hands off XLO to Tristar, here comes news from the acquirer

    ” Dear Members,

I would like to address the situation with XLO surf which we purchased several weeks ago. We spent some time going through the database and
examining how bad the damage really was and have discovered XLO to be in worse shape than what was originally portrayed to us by the admin
    “Andy”.

    Here’s another program to avoid.

Check out Curt’s findings of 12DailyViews. I’d say he’s sharp, and for those people who knows that, check out his blog daily for his forensic findings of scams in the HYI/ Surf arena.

Zen did a pretty good job on an interview with Israel and Matt from Command Corps. I’m no longer a fan of surfs, but its worth checking out since the questions tackled are professionally answered.

I’ll just like to highlight though, the idea of running additional surf sites offering higher ROI doesn’t sound good to me. It might be that I’m paranoid.

I’m slow but this has been confirmed. XLO is sold to Tri-Star Media group.

The purpose of this post is to advise all members that Tri Star has now completed the purchase of the website www.xlentopps.com

The transaction was completed just a few minutes ago.

    Jan 8th 2007

The last heard was that Tri Star Media is trying to acquire XLO from Andy,

Chad from the Safelist Community has started a thread on the forum to continue the discussion, and to allow Andy report any sort of announcements as the forum as mentioned by Andy has problems.

Should Infinity Shares be updating as much as they can, I bet they’ll be well liked by the arena pretty soon. Check out the blog updates that they did. For every event happening in the economy, explanations were given whether they are trading or not, and if they have, whether its a losing or a winning trade.

    Jan 3rd 2007

    Andy updates via xlo-tft’s forum,

I have taken the decision to put XLO into holiday mode for the remainder of the month of January 2007.

This decision is not taken lightly - but is a neccessary one to ensure the long term viability of XLO and also TFT.

    Dec 27th 2006

RavenM1 bumped up a pretty good post which I think will spark controversy in HYIPDiscussion thread on AlienTrust (Trust who again? An alien like Vince?)

    Dec 23rd 2006

I may get fired for saying this.

Everyone’s happy about TFT/ XLOSurf and I do admit that Andy/ Andrew is doing a great job in running your A-grade HYIP, but there’s simply no need for you to spend all your grocery money to it.

The praises are getting better and better each day, but also getting more and more absurd as well in some instances.

    Dec 22nd 2006

BlueHeavenMails continues to putt along with a quite surprisingly good run and as of now is not showing any signs of slowing down or weakness.

“Right now we have 2988 members and soon we will hit the 3000 mark. Initially we expected to hit the 3000 mark by 31st December and then on the Christmas. It seems like we will hit the 3000 mark today itself, that is, 21st December. This means that now we are growing exponentially. Now we are thinking of our new target of 5000 members by mid January.
