I was watching closely on Zen’s Den interview with Trevor Reed (an excellent job done by Zen), and the follow up on legality of CEPTrust.

Pretty amazingly and coincidentally, Curt, Ponziscam recorded a conversation inquiring on the same topic of the legality of operating as a money processor without license with Greg Jennings of OFIS, Kentucky.

As long as there is e-currency, there will be stories about them. The majority of stories tend to circulate around e-gold, which as you already know is the largest and well known e-currency. We hear lot’s of stories about e-gold hacking and phishing. In December 2005 we heard all about the raid on e-gold offices. Right after the “accept from blocked account” we heard stories and a lot of speculation about what the new security feature means. Lately it seemed to be too quiet about e-gold, until I ran across the following:

GHPi is yet another HYIP which still hangs on. They claim that they trade on various stock exchanges (for daily fixed percentage, LOL) but thats not the point.
For some of you that are in, few days ago were announced some interesting news.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to fulfill your E-Gold withdrawal request at this time as our E-Gold reserves have become depleted. Wewill be able to fulfill your request mid next week approximately on Wednesday.

With all thanks and grace to Lucki, I was allowed to post this in our blog, note that this isn’t official from GDCA, but just a response to Lucki on the situation that GoldAge is facing.

As of now, if you access GoldAge’s site, they have temporarily suspended their business.

It seems that PhoenixSurf’s new debit card will be Virtual Money (VM), which is the same card that Alien Trust uses. Leo, DrunkOnLife blog, has an insightful article on the subject. A bit of what he says is speculation, but it is definitely worth reading because what he is speculating is most likely true.

    From their news,

Due to the safety of stormysurf funds, we will no longer accept payments via alertpay. Anyone who upgraded with alertpay will still be paid by alertpay, NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone who upgrades to our alertpay account after this was posted will be refunded. Please go to thebullionexchange.com to buy e-gold. Sorry for the inconveniance, but we have issues with alertpay and their service.

On April 4th, I posted an article about StormPay accepting requests for refunds, other than 12DailyPro requests. They didn’t answer me when I requested how the requests should be done, since it is past their 45 day refund request requirement. Yesterday StormPay got back to me to let me know that I still had to wait.

    Hello,

eDDy, one of our readers who has added me to his IM (my MSN: nobshyip@gmail.com) and told me about Asianpay’s new options.

“Investment programs?” was the first exclaimation that came into my mind. The first time that I came across Asianpay was from Ken’s HYIPDaily blog when Ken gave good thumbs up on the upcoming (then) new payment processor that deals with E-gold exchanges, debit cards and credit card funding. On logging in, you’ll find their site is VERY similar to the dying EMO (at this point)
