I just received this update from CEP about their informal SEC investigation:

We have not heard much back at this point regarding the investigation, but I did call our attorney earlier today to see whether he had an idea as to how much longer this process might take. He thinks that it may be at least a few more weeks. We are still working hard behind the scenes to do everything we can. We, too, are part of the waiting game that all of you are a part of, and I promise we do not enjoy it, either.Know that we are thinking about each of you as we do our best to work all of this out. The E-GOLD Operation
Because of the lack of controls as compared to those present with other payment systems, E-GOLD has been a highly-favored method of payment by operators of investment scams, which generally refers to pyramids, ponzis, HYIPs (i.e., high-yield investment programs) and other “get-rich-quick”schemes. These scams typically promise abnormally high short-term returns on investments, but rather than paying investors any actual returns on real investments, the scams pay investors with new, incoming investment money from other investors in the scam.
If you read the latest JPD update, Richard mentions that he has a friend that is about to run with a ton of money. I know that people are going to speculate as to which program he is talking about. Here is a place to voice your speculation. (BTW, Jude strongly believe that it is NOT Dan at Life Holdings. Please don’t panic about LH, it should be fine.)
Now sometimes, you are upright and have the integrity to run a HYIP, but what happens when glitch hits your payout script and you pay twice more than what you should? Pay with your own money? Beg for the payments back? or Fold?
KA Online died earlier than I expected.
Though things aren’t confirmed as yet, the traits are there. I’ve emailed Benjamin to see if he’s still around and the ultimum for him is on Monday night.
Else the documents provided then will be available for download for the rest of our readers here. Still, the authenticity and validity of the documents remains a big question though.

1st Dimension (Autosurf) is back, before they do reach 750 members for the first dimension, do sign up. We’ll see whether is there any potential returns from this one.

It is gaining a lot of buzz and I’ve seen some relatively massive mover and shakers, who usually don’t bother with this arena, signing up and getting on board.

We have now been informed of three persons involved with Amityfunds and associated dubious Panamanian offshore companies:
1. Frode Jørgensen; Former CEO of the pyramid/Ponzi scheme Plexpay, which was stopped by Norwegian Police in September 2005. Still charged with financial crimes by Norwegian police.
I found on eCommerce Journala warning annoucement issued by Bank Negara Malaysia or Central Bank of Malaysia regarding Swiss Cash fraudulent activity.
