If you are a current existing Legisi member, which has turned private few months back, I’d like to reiterate that members or moderators here at Nobullshit Network are not simply Legisi bashers. Arguments like these in forums are pretty much common. Either participate, be civil and live with it, else step aside, take a breath and forget about what you are reading if you don’t agree.

With the recent indictments of E-gold, you see ponzi games (which we fondly know as HYIPs maybe a year back or two) then crumbling down like sandcastles being washed away by the sea. For those who’ve really been digging at HYIPs for the past 4 years, you’ve seen all the ups and downs of ponzis, you’ve dabbled in surf games and money cyclers, and you do see these High yield investment programs (ponzi based) still evolving daily. There’ll always be the next SolidInvestment around, sucking up investors’ funds (we have the recent Please-Invest to prove it)

We came pretty far and grown smarter, identifying games from real investment opportunities. And yet, still some smart alec in opportunities will try to smoulder the money once the funds grow big in size and blame it on the hackers.

So is this HYIP ventures really dying?

PeterB, Club-FX is not responding to my emails as well as PMs. No matter how busy he is, he should be replying to my email to listen to my proposal on the recovery on the hacked funds on the E-gold account. If he’s not, you can form your own opinions on what I think of this matter.

Let me start by saying that this blog is probably one of the best sources of program information around, and there are a good few authors contributing to it; letting readers know how things are shaping up. When I was asked to become a guest author, I decided that rather than trying to do the same (I am not up on how many individual programs are doing these days) I would take a slightly different approach. The guys blogging here already do a great job on keeping people up to date on events.

Just came across one of NN’s thread on joining a surf on some paid services recommendation.

I’d like to ask of everyone who wants information on any particular upcoming potential programs to stop paying for any sort of services that recommends you a program to join or where to invest your money.

After posting a comment to Jude’s late January post about A3Union, I was again struck by the ongoing and unanimous success it and the more sophisticated HYIP scams like it experience. Once a novelty, such programs have become much more commonplace over the past year or two as scammers adapt the working of their craft to a (only slightly) more discriminating and educated potential member pool. The outspoken advocate of investor - or gambler, if you prefer - education that I am, I think recognizing what it is that certain programs have in common, loosely categorizing them and analyzing them on that basis is of paramount importance for understanding the world of HYI (a generic label that encompasses HYIPs, surfs, and so on). Profit - and survival, for that matter - do not come without understanding, so anyone looking to make money online by unconventional means will have to do some considerable thinking. So, put your thinking cap on for a moment and follow me into the slick and sordid muck of what I call legitimation scams.

John updates via email on 9PlanetNoSurf current status,

9planetnosurf was operating very well over the first 16 days. Four days ago I noticed that withdrawals were at an increase and in fact were outstripping spends. I was hoping that this was not a new trend. The next day withdrawals again exceeded spends. Some new players came on board, finally, so I was hoping that their activities would turn things around. But that was not enough and not fast enough.

In this article I’m going to tell you what I’ve learned about HYIP games and why I’m no longer playing the game. Although I’m going to write as if it were fact, please remember that this entire article is strictly my opinion. Some of what is in the article is in Jude’s article “In the Game… or Out.” You can consider this article a follow-up to that one. However Jude did not read this prior to publishing, so I’ve no idea whether his opinion mirrors my own. Program owners are not going to like what I write. Readers please form your own opinions from your own experience and many sources.

I wanna surface some comments brought by some of our readers (thank you) on Global Online Depository.

It’s a brick and mortar company. So it actually buys goods and sell on Ebay. In the first place I’m skeptical of how it’s going to repay the loans that comes from investors since the ROI is so huge.

    Yes, anyone.

For all you know, he might be the next one to run with your money, or maybe lose the ability to face you when the problems.

It started with Rog, from HYIPDiscussion. Everyone was under the impression that he was a standup up guy that offered advices from offshore banking questions to E-gold Q&As. At the start of Rog’s offering a program, people hopped on the band without affirming his identity.

I may get fired for saying this.

Everyone’s happy about TFT/ XLOSurf and I do admit that Andy/ Andrew is doing a great job in running your A-grade HYIP, but there’s simply no need for you to spend all your grocery money to it.

The praises are getting better and better each day, but also getting more and more absurd as well in some instances.

GHPi is yet another HYIP which still hangs on. They claim that they trade on various stock exchanges (for daily fixed percentage, LOL) but thats not the point.
For some of you that are in, few days ago were announced some interesting news.

Of course I like cheerleaders. What’s NOT to like? Hot girls in skimpy outfits bouncing up and down works on just about every heterosexual male on the planet. But of course that’s not what I want to write about today.

Then NSFG pool can not survive this fuckup. There is no point in trying to keep it alive. Forums all over are going nuts - and the consensus is that NSFG can NEVER be trusted with a pool account again. As soon as they are allowed to, 100% of funds will be withdrawn from the pool and its tainted image will stay with it forever. There can never be a pool again. This much is clear.

I think its good to see different point of views, got this from GoldenTalk where they were discussing about the troubled NSFG to share how PeterB, Club-FX feels about them.
