I just received this update from CEP about their informal SEC investigation:
Hi, Everyone!
We have not heard much back at this point regarding the investigation, but I did call our attorney earlier today to see whether he had an idea as to how much longer this process might take. He thinks that it may be at least a few more weeks. We are still working hard behind the scenes to do everything we can. We, too, are part of the waiting game that all of you are a part of, and I promise we do not enjoy it, either.Know that we are thinking about each of you as we do our best to work all of this out. We will update you as soon as we hear anything else. Take care and God Bless until next time!

I apologize for the late update.
This came a little late as I was away for the past few days. Dan, Life Holdings updates via his forum and NN on the performance this week as well as a heads up to expect changes.
NSFG continues to disappoint everyone unlucky still be with them. (Jude was wise to get out last year. I’m sorry that I didn’t take his advice at the time.) They are freezing deposits and withdrawals due to egold exchange problems. In addition, their trading strategy posted a loss once again. Normally a month with a small loss would be no big deal. However, with NSFG’s history any month with a loss is just another blow to those of us that still have funds with them. On a brighter note, they are open to suggestions! Here is their update…
Infinity Shares came back with a -1.43% loss, on NFP trading yesterday.
Personally I had a short position on GBPUSD as well, since the fundamentals and technicals were pointing towards that direction. It backfired with a loss of -45 pips.
Nothing to worry about though. Glad to know that they’re back in action

E-gold and e-Bullion profit payments have been executed; check your e-currency account to verify yours!All E-bullion accounts with less then $200 have been cashed out.
30 E-gold accounts with less then $50 have been cashed out.
I will be cashing out the small E-gold accounts on a weekly basis until all accounts have at least $200 balance.

In my last three updates I kept saying that I will take a break. Somehow I never found time to do that. This week I have to take time off, it’s obvious to me I’m too burned out to work.
