The EarnByLoaning website is currently unavailable due to a massive DDoS attack. According to their support team, they are working vigorously with their host to get the situation under control and put in steps to prevent it in the future. The website is likely to be down for a couple of days. Please hold off on any transactions, including submitting DD documents until the site is back up. Loans will continue to earn during the downtime. Members should log into the new EBL forum for the latest updates.

SD-ROTH IRA loan funded on 1-June-2007!!!

I’m not a financial advisor or USA tax professional so any advice you use based on my written or spoken word, YOU DO AT YOUR OWN RISK. Only risk what you can afford.

It took about two months to fund a loan with EBL using a Self Directed ROTH IRA (SD-ROTH IRA).

EarnByLoaning sent out the following email earlier today:

Dear EBL members,

We hope you are all well.
We are very busy in the background here doing what needs to be done for getting the members a much better site and back office, than what we have now.
Ok..down to business.

1 -As some of you may already know we have been having some discussions with some forum owners about E-Gold and the fees associated with it. you can read one of them at….
http://hyipblog.nobshyip.net/2007/04/23/earn-by-loaning-follow-up/ here is a snippet of a post on the forum from Kerry….

“If we followed someone’s advice and built up a reserve in Egold of say, $20k and the market dropped like it did last summer, and we had to payout loans through Egold of say $10,000.00, Quest Holdings would have been handed it’s preverbal ass.

That’s not something we are willing to live with. The precious metal market is too chaotic to count on.

I am seriously inclined to recommend to the owner, Craig, to just drop Egold all together as a payment processor. Payout the loans we have already and be done with it.

We do not know what the outcome of e-gold will be. It will take a while for the indictment to be processed and either cleared or justified (innocent or guilty.) Speculation helps the soul as you get your opinions off your chest. However, it is prudent to not panic and to wait for an actual outcome. If you are very worried, then move your funds out of e-gold.

I spent 5 hours on the phone and in conference with Craig, Kerry and Troy discussing the concerns brought up in the comments on the review and interview articles. I hope that this article will alleviate some of the concerns about EarnByLoaning. I understand that there will always be people who will be positive, negative or neutral. This article is intended to clarify some issues, not to persuade anyone that has already made up their mind. As with any program, please seek multiple sources of information and do your own verification to determine if a program is for you or not. (ADD Warning: This is another one of my long articles!)

General

I asked Craig why he is borrowing from people, rather than a bank. He replied that in order to get a bank loan, he would have to secure it with assets. In addition, there are FDIC (US alphabet commission that regulates banking) guidelines that prohibits a bank from loaning for investments of this nature.

Earn By Loaning (EBL) is an opportunity that everyone should have in their portfolio. Real programs, like EBL, are hard to find and rarely talked about. It’s about time that it gets good press and good buzz! EBL is the first program that I’ve seen that actually GUARANTEES the returns! Everyone else has a disclaimer in their terms of service (TOS) that states that returns aren’t guaranteed. How cool is that? Guaranteed returns!

Read the interview with NoBS HYIP Blog here and listen to the interview at EBL here. Read what others are saying at their forum and at NoBS Network EBL thread.
